Take the stress out of your journey from the airport to the apartment. Rob and Vicky deal with the maintenance of my apartment. They offer a meet and greet service. They can meet you at the airport and take you back to the apartment and show you around the place for as little as €30. Should you get lost and need rescuing they will charge a callout fee of €25.

If you would like a welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, juice, bread, milk, ham, butter and a bottle of wine, This can be arranged at a cost of €20 payable direct to Vicky.

This is an attractively furnished spacious 2 bedroom first floor apartment situated in a quiet residential part of Paphos. Furnished to a high standard with a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with a dining table and chairs to seat 4 people. There is a TV and DVD Player in the lounge. (WIFI is included in the price of your stay) The lounge leads onto a large Balcony which overlooks the pool area with a stunning view of the ocean in the distance. All this within easy walking distance to Emba village where you will find a few bars, restaurants and shops.

There are many attractions including a very adventurous water park, 3 championship golf courses and many historical sites.

About Paula Warren

I purchased this property so i could spend high days and holidays in paphos, sadly i have to be in the UK for my job,, but I can keep returning to the apartment. While the apartment isn't in use i'd like to offer it to you so you can experience a beautiful holiday in a luxury apartment. It's such a great location with all of the amenities a 5/10 minute drive away. The apartment is just 20 minutes from the airport.

The location of the apartment is an ideal base for exploring Paphos.

It will be a home from home experience with all of your needs catered for with a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board etc.

Tea towels and towels, including beach towels are provided.

You can while away the hours on the balcony after a day on the beach or after exploring the area.

What makes this apartment unique

The view from the balcony is wonderful. It overlooks Emba village with a view of the sea in the distance. It's even more amazing when the sun is setting.

The Village is home to 2 stunning church's.

These can be admired while enjoying food and drink in the village taverna.

We had a week at this lovely Paphos apartment. The Apartment offered a home from home feel and was immaculately clean. It is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings, fixtures and fittings. The lounge area opens upon to a large balcony where we spent many lazy hours.

There are 2 well stocked supermarkets in the village along with a Greek restaurant (who's Friday night Greek Night is not to be missed) and a little traditional taverna.

We didn't hire a car and managed to get around pretty easily.

We'd highly recommend this apartment. We will return.

  • The bathroom comprises of a bath, shower, sink unit and toilet. The shower is over the bath. The water pressure is very powerful making it easy to fill up the bath or simply shower away the days sun cream.

  • There is a double room with a king size bed and a twin room with 2 single beds. All beds have immaculate mattresses and pillows that are protected with mattress and pillow protectors. There is a travel cot should you need this for a small child. This can double up as a play pen. Both bedrooms have huge wardrobes with in built drawers offering ample storage space. Both bedrooms have a view overlooking the pool and gardens.

Absolutely fantastic location and holiday!

What an amazing find!! Thanks very much for a home from home experience. So glad we hired a car as in the 4 weeks 4 days we were there, we managed to see so many different places. We would definitely love to visit again as had such a fantastic time. Thanks to Rob the property manager for being so helpful and accommodating. The restaurant called Amazing around the corner is truly that. Harley’s near the Kings Avenue Mall is great for happy hour cocktails! Tea for Two near KA Mall and Paphos Harbour is brilliant for family dining and really reasonable in cost. The apartment is everything you need. Only saw two other people at the pool during our stay so was like a private pool. Very quiet surroundings which enables a great nights sleep after chilling all day. Balcony one of the best we’ve had, great for breakfast. Apartment so comfy and needs for nothing to make your stay better. What more can we say only that we were sorry to come home. Thanks very much Paula. Will definitely try to return soon and would highly recommend.

Emba Village Apartment, Paphos

Beautiful apartment. Clean. Airy. Well furnished. All the TV you could ask for. Has everything you need - just like a home from home. Location is rural so a car is essential but you need to get about the island anyway to see the sights.

Lots of good restaurants within 5 or 6 miles, especially into Paphos or up the coast to Coral Bay.

Gem of a place

We stopped in Amber Court in October 2016. Picking up the car from the airport we followed the detailed instructions sent to us and found the apartment easily, though parking was a little tight due to the concrete support pillars. The allocated space was wide enough but the swing in to reverse was hampered by the perimeter wall, so we mainly parked on the adjacent land, just at the side of the complex. If we had hired a smaller car it would not have been an issue!

The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean, tidy, well decorated and well furnished, with high quality fixtures and fittings. The beds were really comfortable though we did find we were woken very early due to the cockerel crowing! The joy of being in the countryside!

Having bath and beach towels provided was a bonus. Even cool bags and ice blocks are provided, which we utilised every day. We bought the majority of our food and drink from Lidl. There are two Lidl supermarkets, one on the traffic light crossroads on Polis road and one on the Tomb of the Kings road – both easy to find. A ten minute drive takes you to the Paphos harbour area where you will find numerous restaurants and bars to suit every taste and budget. Try out “Tea for Two” for a cheap meal and the “Garage Shack” where the meat platter for two was fantastic!

During our week we hardly saw anyone else at Amber Court. In fact if we had not seen lights in the other apartments we would not have known there was anyone else living there at all. We had the pool to ourselves on the couple of mornings we used it. In the poolside lock up there is a variety of beach and pool toys for use and four sun loungers for around the pool. Very nice touches.

We definitely recommend that you consider Amber Court for your holiday. We will return!

A lovely, immaculately kept spacious apartment

We had a lovely holiday. The apartment is perfect, everything we needed was provided. The balcony was spacious and the pool cleaned regularly - we pretty much had it to ourselves the whole time we were there. The village is a pretty and pleasant location. The only thing we would change if we go again would be not to hire a car as taxis are reasonably priced and readily available.

Spacious apartment that Is superbly maintained

This spacious apartment is decorated to a high standard, is immaculately clean and has everything you could need for your stay including beach towels. It has a wonderful large balcony with a dining table so meals can be enjoyed out in the sunshine. It is in a small quiet block of appartments and there is a small pool and sunbeds are stored in a lock up next to the pool, even in August we often had the pool to ourselves. A car is advisable to get to the beaches and it is only a short ride to Paphos harbour or Coral bay where there are lots of restaurants and bars. There is a local Taverna and a shop that is just a short walk away for basic supplies. Lovely luxury apartment for a quite relaxing holiday.

From the Apartment you can take a short walk into Emba Village where you will find a typical local taverna. This is run by Maria who cooks great Cypriot food, worth a visit. There is also a typical Cypriot Restaurant if you fancy more of a dining experience.

There are plenty of things to do. The 'Eagle Mountain Ranch' offers Horse riding, 'Follow the Frog' is a great water park. If you like history you can visit the Archaeological park in Kato Paphos, Tomb of the kings, Paphos Harbour Castle or St Pauls Pillar.

A 10 mile trip will take you to the North West coast of Cyprus to Polis and Latchi. Polis is a beautiful village with some amazing panoramic views. Very close to Latchi which is a large traditional village (or small town), which very successfully combines being a bustling working fishing harbour and a popular and exceptionally peaceful destination.
