Tastefully furnished, the apartment provides an open plan lounge/dining and kitchen, with double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.

The lounge offers comfortable settee with lounge chair, coffee table, flat screen tv with English tv system, dvd player, glass dining table with four chairs and air conditioning.

A large double bed is provided in the master bedroom as are fitted wardrobes, drawer storage, dressing table and air conditioning.

In the twin bedroom provides fitted wardrobe with tall boy drawer storage and ceiling fan.

A balcony leads from the balcony where dining table and 4 chairs are provided, should you wish to dine al fresco. as well as two comfortable lounge chairs and small table so that you might relax, whilst perhaps enjoying a long cool drink.

The fabulous and large private roof solarium is accessible only from the apartment. Here there are sunbeds, ornate bench set and great views.

Easily located on the top floor (third) the apartment can be reached via elevator, or stairs should you prefer.

The fabulous communal pool with child section is surrounded by grass and is for use of guests and residents only.

The Manhattan Restaurant/Cafe bar is located on the ground floor near to the pool. Great if you fancy a snack whilst sunbathing.

A private car park bay is provided in the secure under build garage of the apartment block. Should you wish the use of the bay, an access fob and key will be provided.

Wifi can be activated within the apartment via the reception at a daily/weekly rate. Otherwise there are desk computers located in the foyer.

A great holiday apartment for all.

Had a lovely month staying at this apartment. It is furnished to a high standard, spotlessly clean and is very well equipped, having everything you need. Roof top terrace was a brilliant space to sit out with great views. Situated in a fabulous location, five minute stroll to beach and next to shops, bars and restaurants. Georgina who greeted us on arrival was very helpful and explained everything in detail; communication when booking was excellent.

Perfect location to stay in Cabo Roig

We stayed for 17 days in July with a small child aged 3. Apartment was managed by Georgina who was very helpfull, flexable and informative both prior to our visit and during. Extremely easy to collect keys and dealt well with any queries promptly.

The building is run by friendly english managers who look after the pool and restaurant so you can still have a Sunday roast on holiday.

Apartment was clean ,well furnished and very well maintained. Large private sun terace on roof is a great bonus with lovely views all around. Big balcony with plenty of table and chair choice. Nice sun trap and view of the sea and pool. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts and the occasional evening meal. Having a washing machine was essential with small kids.

The location is excellent. Very close to the best bars and restaurants on the strip. The noise can not be heard from this aparment even though bars close by dont close til 4am. The La Zenia shopping centre is a few mins away. Plenty of choice for restaurants and bars wit entertainment. Easy to walk to beaches and supermarkets. We had days out to the zoo and waterparks which are only 30 to 45 mins drive away. Georgina also arranged for us to have use of the underground car park for our hire car.

WiFi was available but we didnt need it as its free in all bars etc internet cafe opposite was very helpfull when i needed some tickets printing off. TV had plenty of English channels and a DVD available too.

Would recommend this apartment to anyone and will likely return again.

Location! Location

The property was very clean, Georgina made us feel welcome, and everything ran to plan, thanks Georgina ;) ! The apartment had every thing and was sensibly furnished to accommodate that. The roof top solarium was excellent with quality sun furniture and views, although located by a busy roundabout and a stones throw from all the entertainment and restaurants that you'd require the noise was very minimal to non existent. Its a short 10 mins stroll to the beach, and has an under used swimming pool, we never had more than 3 people in the pool in our 12 days there. Yes were be going back to this apartment.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location!!

This apartment is perfectly located at the beginning of the cabo roig strip, just a minutes walk from a huge number of options for bars and restaurants and also 5 minutes walk to cabo roig beach.

The apartment itself is excellent, furnished to a really high standard and has everything you need. The balcony and the rooftop areas are very spacious and well furnished so you have plenty options for relaxing around the apartment.

The lady managing the property (Georgina) is very friendly and helpful too so couldn't fault our stay in this apartment at all, would definitely recommend it if staying in this area.

Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many entertainers working along the coastal resorts with its wide range of pubs and restaurants to meet all tastes and nationalities. There are many local beach resorts along the Orihuela coast and most have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality.

The resort of Cabo Roig is situated along the beautiful coastline of the Orihuela Costa boasting its own marina, lovely sandy beach and cliff top walks which link to other resorts and all within a short walking distance of the apartment.

Cabo Roig is within easy access to the AP7 motorway and also the N332 coastal road. On your doorstep is the ´strip´ of Cabo Roig providing an array of restaurants and cafes with many providing great live entertainment. There are also supermarkets, shops, bazaars, chemist, medical clinic and weekly street market.

Cabo Roig has it´s own marina with restaurants. Fabulous beach with great facilities including wifi, sunbeds, beach bar and toilets.

From the beach you can join the coastal pathway which stretches from Campoamar to Punta Prima passing through beaches which perhaps you might enjoy a stop off.

Only a few minutes drive takes you to both the large Saturday street market at Playa Flamenca and the fabulous Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre (opened September 2012) with 5000 car park spaces, over 150 shops including Zara, Blanco, Guess, Stradivarius, Europe´s biggest Primark, H&M, C&A, Druni, AlCampo, Decathalon, Leroy Merlin, AlCampo supermarket to name but only a few and a petrol station. For entertainment value in the shopping centre there is a children´s large play area, casino, a bowling alley, an enormous tv screen showing football and other sports and there is often live entertainment provided on the foodcourt. The centre itself is a pleasure to walk around if only for window shopping (if possible), a bite to eat, a glass of wine, beer or a coffee.

The four local resorts are La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima and Campomoar with fine beaches to offer and entertainment.

The cosmopolitan coastal town of Torrevieja which was once a fishing village is a mere 20 minutes drive and offers the Habaneras shopping centre as well as individual shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, promenade, harbour, marina, water park, 10 pin bowling, cinema, market stalls and many other attractions.

Go karting and a rooftop mini 18 hole golf course are only a few minutes drive along the N332.

Airlines, airports and transfers: Airlines including Monarch/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2 offering scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Dublin, Knock, Cork and other major European airports.

Airports : There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 50 minute drive to the property and Murcia, a smaller airport, is just a 20 minute drive away.

Transfers: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided with rates on request.

Golf: If golf is your passion then just a short drive from the apartment are the three superb courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Royal Campoamor. Within a 20 minute drive there are a further 8 courses.
