This beautiful apartment is overlooking the fantastic gardens and pool as seen in the photos.

Located on the 1st floor and having a south facing terrace makes this apartment one of the best on the complex. It is decorated and furnished to the very highest of standards and benefits from a fully fitted kitchen, air-conditioning/heating and Unlimited high Speed internet is in the apartment for those who wish to use laptops or smartphones to connect to the internet. The apartment has access to the terrace from both bedrooms and the lounge which makes it ideal to relax with a glass of sangria while you catch the last of the evening sun. About Glen Gardiner

My wife, I and our two sons Spencer and Tristan live in Devon.

I am originally from Cork in Ireland. I moved to Devon in 1996.

I am currently the President of this holiday complex so it is my responsibility to make sure that the complex, the gardens and communal facilities are all clean and well kept. Being an owner on this complex I really want it to be one of the best holiday complexes along the Costa Del Sol.

My wife Tshidi is from South Africa and we met in 2004 through work.

We got married in 2006.

We really want guests to enjoy our apartment and we take a lot of time to make sure everything is in order.

We take a lot of pride in our apartment and how we manage our bookings.

If you decide to book with us we will make sure you are well looked after.

The beach is just a 5 minute walk away and the complex is fantastic with a big pool, beautiful gardens, sunbeds and shades.

The UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED WI FI in the apartment is great and you have access to UK, EUROPEAN AND WORLD TV + loads of Movies.

There is so much to do in this area and as many times as we visit we are always finding new places to visit and new things to do. This area is really central and is ideal for anyone who wants to visit this part of Spain.

There are several beach bars within a 5 minute walk from the apartment which are great for food and drinks.

These beach bars also have sun beds if you fancy a relaxing time on the beach.

There are many surrounding golf courses if you are into golf.

The Port of Duquesa is a great place for eating out with lots of great bars and restaurants.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment has beautiful garden and hill views. There are also partial views to the sea.

It is ideal for relaxing on the terrace or by the pool,

We have our own care taker who looks after the complex and he lives on site with his wife.

Underground parking is ideal as your car is kept safe and it is also nice and cool during the hot summer months.

There is lift access from the underground parking straight up to the apartment.

Notes on accommodation: There is a table and 4 chairs on the balcony which is ideal for eating outside. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony outside the apartment. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. This apartment is suitable for children. Outside: Beautiful gardens with a nice large pool as seen in photos. There is also a kiddies pool. Sun shades and sun loungers are also available in the garden for sunbathing and relaxation. Communal shower facilities are available on the ground level. A lifeguard will be on duty for the summer period June - Sept Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean towels and linen are included. If you require a change of linen and fresh towels during your stay this can be arranged at the time of booking for an additional cost. Beach towels are also available.

A very comfortable well equipped apartment. It's in a good position on an extremely clean, and well maintained complex.

Good WiFi connection. Secure car parking. Only minutes from the beach.

The owners have put together a very comprehensive information pack.

The hand over is organised, and trouble free

Would recommend and hope to visit again in the near future.

Enjoyed my stay. Nice apartment with good facilities and underground parking.

La Duquesa Port is great and also close proximity to Gibraltar for shopping at Morrison's for the home comforts.

Recommend it.

The beach is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The beach is a nice clean sandy blue flag beach ideal for sunbathing and the kids. There is also 2 beach bars which do food and drinks. There are many other blue flag beaches to choose from, all are just a short drive from the apartment.


Malaga Airport - 60 minutes, Gibraltar Airport - 20 minutes. Car hire or use of car is recommended.

There is a bus service just below the complex which serves the local area once an hour.


Duquesa - 2 minute drive, Sabinallas -2 minute drive, Estepona - 10 minute drive, Puerto Banus - 20 minute drive, Marbella - 20 minute drive, Ronda - 1 hr drive.

Further Details:

Duquesa is full of nice places to eat. There are lots of restaurants around the port and they are open all day and late at night. There is a cash point in Duquesa. There are also Lots of bars and a night club in Duquesa. There are several banks in Sabinallas. There is a supermarket 1 minute from the apartment. If you go to Sabinallas then there is choice of several supermarkets including Lidl's.
