Nice apartment, wrong location.

The apartment was very nice, spacious clean, the roof terrace was lovely. The complex was very quiet, to quiet for my 7year old twin's. Just had a pool to play in. A small playground on site would have been good. The local beach, not very good. Nothing open when we were there. A hire car is a must. There's a bar on the new complex by Aldi they brew there own beer which is good, and not that expensive. The main road runs right through the resort cutting it in two, so you have to go over footbridge every time to visit local restaurant, bar's ect. As for restaurant in walking distance, don't go to the robin hood, unless you're made of money. The 'mud hut' was good for a drink, Lola's good for the price. Go to tarifa it's worth the drive.

Large and comfortable apartment

Large, comfortable, tastefully decorated apartment in lovely grounds, situated in a complex on the the limits of Estepona, ( nearer San Pedro de Alcantara really).

We have spent a month in January/February in this lovely apartment which was like home from home. Well appointed with two fabulous sunny terraces. The icing on the cake is the huge private roof terrace accessed from stairs on the lower terrace. Both terraces have good outside furniture and sunbeds. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a small block of six, there are also two parking spaces in the garage, all accessed by a lift.

There are views from all terraces of the beautifully kept grounds, distant sea views from one, and mountain views from the other. The A7/N340 is around 500m away, which is really handy for getting to and from other places in the area but does not distract in the apartment, Infact noise is not an issue at all, it is really quiet here, there were very few other occupants whilst we were here! We felt as though we had the place to ourselves. The complex has six huge attractive pools, although not heated, so we were unable to use them at this time of year, there is also a well appointed gym and outdoor Unheated jacuzzi. We felt for the size of the complex, at least one of the pools could have been heated, or even the jacuzzi! I'm sure this won't be an issue in warmer weather. There are, however some beautiful indoor spa pools in Estepona, which are not expensive to visit. There is a small beach within walking distance, and a clutch of local shops including an Aldi, handy for daily bread and milk.

All in all, we have had a wonderful stay here, thank you, Manuel.

Great apartment in a central location

We have spent 2 weeks in this lovely apartment and I couldn't have been more pleased . Everything was just as stated.

The apartment is very clean, spacious and well equipped .

The complex itself is really nice with great pools, a decent gym and lovely gardens. It also feels very secure. It is only 5 minutes by car to Puerto Banus, 10 minutes to Marbella and Estepona so it gives you lots of different options.

Finally, Manuel was a real pleasure to deal with, always very prompt at answering any question, which made us feel well looked after.

All in all, we had a lovely family holiday and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Perfect family holiday in brilliant apartment!

We spent nearly 2 weeks at this fantastic apartment, and will be sure to return again. A lovely, spacious, very clean place which had everything we needed. The apartment is situated perfectly, just a short drive to Estepona and many supermarkets nearby. There is a huge terrace which looks out onto the pools - all of which are extremely clean. The entire complex was looked after very well, and was always being looked after by gardeners, cleaners etc. Despite the fact it is a big complex, it was very quiet and we were often the only people by the pool. Manuel went out of his way to ensure we had the best stay possible. He provided a brand new travel cot and mattress for our toddler and was more than happy to do so. He was also extremely efficient in replying to all of my questions etc before booking and during our stay.

On the roof of the apartment is a large barbecue which we enjoyed several times, and some sun beds so we were able to enjoy the sun whilst the baby was sleeping!

This place had everything that we were looking for for a family holiday, and I would highly recommend to others.

Beautiful apartment!

Recently stayed at this beautiful complex. It is excellently located just outside San Pedro but in reality is within a short drive of Puerto Banus and Estepona. As I understand it many of the apartments on site are lived in full time and as such it is a great location for a relaxing holiday as the residents are at work during the day.The apartment is as described , very spacious/comfortable with lift from underground parking garage. 24 hour gate security gives great peace of mind. Manual was a pleasure to deal with and Loreto whom we met on arrival/departure could not have been more helpful. Overall would without hesitation recommend this apartment.
