Enjoy Scotland in style. A detached contemporary home with a mixture of old and new. With newly

designed interior with spacious rooms and views out to the gardens and countryside from all windows. The property sleeps up to 10 with 6 bedrooms.

The location is perfect .. and picturesque... The area is called Waterfoot and as you can guess from the name there are various riverside walks to enjoy. Luckily it gets the best of both worlds with a semi-rural feel and the beautiful countryside views however the bus stops just outside the door. Within 2 minutes drive there is direct access to the motorway which takes you to Glasgow town centre in just 15 minutes. Edinburgh and Loch Lomond are just one hour away.

There are various golf clubs within 2 KM of the house with Royal Troon hosting the Open in July and Europes largest wind farm is on the doorstep!

There is also a beautiful village called Eaglesham one mile one way and a Clarkston town centre with all amenities and a train station just 2 miles in the other direction.

The house sits in it's own plot of land with large gardens to front and rear and features a pretty little stream running through the back garden. The views through the full size patio doors and main lounge picture window are that of the country farm with cows in the fields. You can eat dinner at the dining room table and laugh watching the cows chase each other through the full size patio doors. Or watch your children play football and basket ball in which seems like their own sports garden. There is a mini football pitch and basket ball court in the front garden to cater sporty kids. If you have active kids they can run round the on climbing or just enjoy the food on the BBQ while sipping wine. ...

Internally the house has a real contemporary feel and set up for a large family or groups. There is an open plan family dining room and kitchen which runs the length of the house and a spacious lounge with full size picture comfortable with a cream carpet and white designer sofa. The remainder of downstairs is wooden flooring. As you would expect, the house is set up all mod cons including 6 TVs.

WIFI is a must for all our gadgets and goes without saying..

There is one double bedroom downstairs. Upstairs has 5 bedrooms with the master en-suite with a double shower and features patio doors with a Juliet balcony. The family bathroom is very spacious and includes a bath and double shower. All decor is contemporary, other than tiled bathrooms the upstairs is carpeted throughout and very comfortable. Master bedroom has kingsize bed as does the largest second bedroom. There are two small double bedrooms and two singles. All rooms have lovely views and of course more kids and features.

Loch Lomond is just one hours drive..Edinburgh is 40 miles away and various seaside towns just a 30 minute drive.
