This beautiful designer apartment is located in the artistic district SoHo in the heart of Malaga city. The apartment was fully renovated in 2016 and offers a practical design with quality furnishings. The property offers a large open-plan kitchen with a stylish dining and living room with TV and two comfortable armchairs where you can enjoy views of the water and the city.

The apartment offers two bedrooms: one with double bed, wardrobe, TV, access to the terrace and a private bathroom with shower and the other offers two individual adjustable beds (which can be made into a double bed) and access to the terrace with two chairs and a table where you can enjoy the view and a glass of wine.

We offer another bathroom with shower. Here you will also find a washing machine and dryer. In order to offer you the perfect setting for your city break in Malaga, we have air conditioning, high speed Internet, elevator and we can offer parking for 15 € per day.

The view is awesome! Location was great. We loved our stay.

The apartment was wonderful. The view was the best. The appliances are high end. It took us awhile to figure out how to work the stove top as it’s an induction cook top. And the drawer with tableware has a hidden drawer inside it with the silverware. Beds were comfortable, some places apparantly do not use top sheets, just fitted sheet and comforter which seemed strange to us but discovered another apartment while in Spain that also didn’t use top sheets. We absolutely loved the apartment though, would love to go back and stay again. The hosts were great at responding to our questions.

Good apartment, not so good management

Good apartment , close to the center, excellent view to the see and the port.

The apartment is equipped with everything necessary.

Unfortunately hot water is made by a small capacity boiler, which does not meet the needs of 4 people who come in the afternoon from the beach. So we had some cold water showers (scottish showers). And when the bottle of gas that serves the boiler is empty , the company administering the apartment expects you to be able to change it.

But they sent someone to do it when we asked for it.

And yet something that does not appear either in the description of the apartment on the site or in the signed contract. For the 12 nights I rented the apartment we only provided one bed linen change and only one turn of towels. When we complained that, they were told that if we want we can wash them because the apartment has a washing machine. I have never experienced such a thing with any company with which I have rented holiday apartments.

Even when we rent for 5-6 days at least two shifts of towels were provided.

In the apartment there are several posters with the tenants' obligations, but nowhere the administration's obligations are not written, or at least their claims have been announced from the outset.

So it is a pity on the beautiful apartment to its poor administration.

Owner's Response: Dear Marius, Thank you for your comments. It is vital for us to receive feedback, be it of positive or negative nature, as it helps us improve our service levels and guest satisfaction. Having said that, I am a little bit surprised by some of your comments as none of those matters were raised during check-out when I personally asked you if everything was fine during your stay. This could have allowed me to explain in person some of the points raised and maybe dissipate any misunderstanding. Please allow me to answer to the points raised: Towels/linen: unlike hotels, towels and linen are not changed throughout the stay in self-catering apartments. The same goes for cleaning of the premises. This is why self-catering apartments feature a washing machine and dryer which are at your disposal during your stay. Alternatively, you can request extra towels / linen simply by contacting us during your stay. The same goes for extra cleaning. We can offer extra cleaning upon request. This is a standard procedure in the holiday rental industry. Hot water: please allow me to correct you when you state that this apartment has a small capacity boiler as this is not the case. There is no boiler, therefore there is an unlimited amount of hot water, regardless of the number of people who shower. The problem is that the butane cylinder ran out during your stay and simply needed to be changed. As you have noticed, there is always one extra canister on the balcony so we can simply switch to a full one when one becomes empty. Unfortunately, city gas is not available everywhere in the city and many apartments still rely on using butane cylinders. Naturally, we do not expect you to change the cylinder yourself if you are not used to it and can always send a member of our team to do that for you. As for the poor administration/management of the property, we naturally respect your personal opinion. 79% of our guests who have taken a survey class our services as 5-star, and 17% as 4-star. This would indicate that while there is always room for improvement, an immense majority of our guests are very satisfied with our services. Naturally, we will take your comments on board as constructive criticism and will review areas where we can improve.
