A recently refurbished apartment set in a quiet residential area of scenic Cala san Vicente, Pollensa Mallorca. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with FREE WIFI features an outside terrace, shaded veranda, seating area and small garden. The apartment has been thoughtfully equipped with basics and lots of extras to ensure a comfortable, relaxing, stress free holiday. Cala san Vicente has all your holidays needs all within a walk from your door.Cafes, restaurants, two well stocked supermarkets, sandy beaches with parasols and sun loungers, "open all hours" gift shops, fabulous views lots of sunshine all contribute to a perfect holiday destination.

Inside you will find a pleasant lounge/dining area, galley kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also an attached secure garage, accessed both externally and internally, which is ideal for storing bicycles, aquatic equipment, beach accessories etc.

This apartment will appeal to couples, families and groups of friends who are seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday to enjoy the beauty of Cala san Vicente. Suitable for children aged 7 plus. Cala san Vicente is a small holiday village located on the northwest coast of the island of Mallorca near to the town of Pollensa and Port Pollensa. The resort is sheltered by the Sierra Tramuntana mountain range, woods and the sea with three beach inlets.

The property is located in a rural part of the village looking across to the wood which means you can chill out and listen to the birds and watch the Black Vultures soaring above. If you hire a car there is roadside parking outside the apartment.

A short walk down the road will bring you to Cala Molins beach, cafes, restaurants, shops and bus stop. The second beach, Cala Barques is a longer stroll with more restaurants and shops. Cala Clara is a small sheltered beach adjoining a hotel.

If you are looking for a more active holiday you can swim, scuba dive, hire a bike, car or kayak and there are lots of pleasant walks and trails right from your front gate.

There is a busy market on Sundays in Pollensa town (well worth a visit) and if you do not have a car a regular bus service can take you to Puerto Pollensa or Pollensa town (both resorts about 10 minute drive away)

Long term renters considered, wheel chair possibilities as the front door access is 32 inches but internal doorways are narrower. This apartment is suitable for all year rental as the property is centrally heated with radiators in all rooms. Excellent comfy base for cyclists, bird watchers, ramblers and beach lovers.

Cala san Vicente is a small resort that provides everything you need for a great relaxing beach holiday with three small sandy beaches, cafes, restaurants and shops. But is has much more. It is situated near popular Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia but has a unique charm for a more active holiday. Cala san Vicente is a beautiful, scenic base for walking, cycling, bird watching, exploring, and sight seeing and you can enjoy all these pastimes right on your doorstep

This apartment is very well equipped with everything needed to have an enjoyable holiday. Cala San Vincente is a lovely quiet resort with several good restaurants, two supermarkets and the beach all within 10 minutes walk of the property. It is ideally located to visit Port de Pollensa, Port de Alcudia and the old towns of Pollensa and Alcudia. The old towns are stunning ! Dianne and David are terrific hosts and were on hand if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing holiday.

Quite location but close to amenities and beach

Dianne and David were easy to contact and were very helpful both before and during our stay, particularly in sorting out last minute change of arrival date due to travel problems. The apartment was clean and well equipped with pleasant outside space in front of the property, it is located on a very quiet road but is only a few hundred metres from nearby restaurants and the beaches of Cala Sant Vicence. We would be happy to stay here again.

A week in Cala san Vincente

Enjoyable week with some swimming, although beach not always usable. Very pleasant and quiet location giving us all we needed. Walks over headland gave excellent views of the bays and rock formations. Very friendly and helpful owners. Only slight criticism was the long time hot water took to reach kitchen for washing up albeit showers were perfect. Will definitely think about visiting again.

Lovely old fashioned apartment in the best area

My family and I adored this apartment! Lots of mallorcan charm remains . Two spacious bedrooms and two good sized bathrooms. On our arrival fruit and wine aswell as milk and water was waiting for us. Lovely hosts and we will be back. It's very good value for money. Air conditioning would make this easily a 5* property.
