This cottage is everything I was looking for. Old Florida, close to beach. I love it!
A few issues with the cottage. Washing Machine was broken, and the stove has a burner out. No grill on arrival. Internet was not installed. Spoke with Brad ( the owner) , and he had the internet up in a day, and a grill delivered. Hope the washing machine is fixed soon, because the ride to a coin op laundry is pretty far.
I would definitely come again, but might wish for the rear cottage which is off the street, and quiet.
Brad the owner seems really nice.
Indian Rocks Beach is perfect for me!!
