It's a delightful Roman apartment, rented for short or long periods, located in Trastevere, in the heart of the eternal city.
Situated on the first floor of the historic Stefaneschi tower of '400 protected by the Ministry of Culture.
It's occasionally rent for tourist use. Furnished with care and passion, it offers a unique atmosphere, friendly.
Finished with wooden floors and ceilings and antique wood paneled, the apartment comprises a spacious living room with two comfortable sofas (one is a sofa bed), plasma TV, stereo, radio, dining table, large table / desk. The kitchen is fully furnished with utensils, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a fireplace, a lovely balcony where you can have a breakfast for two or hang out clothes to dry, as the typical resident of Trastevere, or to drink a cup of coffee in peace.
The apartment has a large bathroom with both a bath tub and a shower, and a walk-in closet.
The antique ceiling wooden caisson is at the height of 2 meters, completely renovated. The parquet floors and ceiling makes the room warm and welcoming.
Attention to the head! The old ceiling with exposed wooden beams is a bit low. I do not recommend the apartment to people who exceed 1.95 m in height :)
