About Anne Eriklin

My name is Anne and me and my husband Pär have two children, a daughter born 2006 and a son 2008. A overwhelming brown colored Labrador is also part of the family. We own grocery stores in Stockholm called Cajsa Warg and run the stores together with two friends since 2003. The stores highly value organic food, local producers and we love quality food and beverage without additives.

We bought our house in 2005 and love the house, the neighborhood and the amazing people inhabiting it more and more by each year. It's a definate keeper!

Why Anne Eriklin chose Stockholm

The house is situated in a green and welcoming residential area with a closeness to the city but with a feeling of country living. It might be the most friendly residential area in Stockholm - we have great parties and the children run between the houses and bicycle safely in the streets. A great "Bullerby" feeling!

What makes this villa unique

The deers, squirrels, butterflies and birds are frequent visitors in the woods that our garden adjacent to. I often see them from our kitchen window. The surroundings are hilly and our house is one of the highest situated in the neighbourhood so we get a lot of sunshine!

In the garden grows a large amount of blackberries and rhubarb. We also have fresh spices, large strawberry and American blueberries that they are free to help themselves to the season!

The house is situated in Nacka, 15 minutes from downtown Stockholm by bus, 20 minutes by bike. It's close to the city, but you willalso find large forests, beautiful lakes and the sea nearby. Nyckelviken's Nature Preserve is just 1 km away with a mansion That Has a history from the 16th century. The mansion is now a museum with a botanical garden and a farm with animals where horseback riding is available.
