An exceptional 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroom duplex town house, with all the facilities and more you could wish for to make this your perfect holiday home in Sanlucar de Barrameda.

The property comes with private underground parking, large private terrace, BBQ, communal swimming pool (check with us for pool opening dates), garden and free Fibre Optic Internet / WI-FI. Smoking is allowed on the private roof terrace and private kitchen patio, not inside the property.

The lounge has air conditioning hot/cold, plus TV & DVD, two large sofas and lighting.

The open plan fully fitted kitchen and dining room is ideal for a family. The dining room also has air conditioning hot/cold.

The master bedroom has a large 1.8m bed, built-in wardrobe and also benefits from air conditioning hot/cold.

The second bedroom has double bed with a built in wardrobe and air conditioning hot/cold..

The final bedroom has also has a double bed, large pine wardrobe and air conditioning hot/cold.

The first bathroom with a walk in shower is located on the ground floor and the second bathroom is located on the first floor with the three bedrooms. This bathroom comes complete with full size bath and shower attachment.

The second floor has the washing machine and access to the private terrace which comes complete with outside table and chairs, sun loungers, shade and BBQ.

The communal pool and garden are available for your use within the gated community area. The entrance to the rental house is located on the street (Cuesta de Capuchinos) and the two entrances to the community are 10 metres from the front door.

A private parking space is available in the underground car park.

Within 100m there are several small food shops, a pharmacy, fish mongers and an excellent butchers for all your meats, pre-cooked food, cheese and charcuterie. Around 400m there are a variety of shops including a Mercadona supermarket, BBQ spit roast chicken take away shop, bakers and many cafeterias. The famous Bajo de Guia is about 20 min walk along the promenade and Plaza Cabildo is only 8 minutes walk with all its well known tapas bars. The beach is only 500m away from the property.

Great house, very complete

Great house with large kitchen, all equipment you need, nice owners with lot of tips on restaurants/bars, swimming pool and close to the beach. Sanlucar is not spoiled by mass tourism, great Spanish atmosphere!

5 Stars for Casa 8. The wonderful Ian and Lynn also on hand and very close by if you needed them

The house was wonderfully furnished from top to bottom with all the gadgets you need and brilliant air-con (which you might need in very high temps). It's about a 5 min walk from the main sq with ace Tapas Bars (especially Casa Balbino in Plaza del Cabildo). There is fantastic deli/butchers right across the road, also a chemist, corner shop and fishmonger. Mercadona supermarket is very close too but with the brilliant Central Market also a walk away you should try and visit here to do your shopping. Remember that all the fishmongers in the market are shut on Monday but the market is still open. Try the bar/restaurant out - but beware it gets can even hand over the fish you've just bought and they'll cook it ala plancha for you for just a few euros more. The nearest beach is also 5 mins away at the end of the street, with a few Chringuitos on hand for some cold drinks, lunch and somewhere cool to sit in the shade, we regularly visited the Chringuito Macario or the Bar Rociero. Also highly recommended are the various Bodegas and the tours they all do. We liked the Argueso Bodega for it's informative talks on various Manzanilla and the whole process involved in making it and also La Gitana for the historical perspective. The Castle is well worth a visit followed by a late morning coffee and tostada con tomate in the gardens of the Palacio Ducal de Medina Sidonia. Looking for a more up market restaurant the famous Casa Bigote on the Bajo de Guia is superb, but so is the more casual Bar Bigote where you can enjoy great Tapas. Around 7:30 pm daily you can watch the small fishing boats returning with their catch to Bonanza up river, where they later get sold to all the local restaurants, so you are probably munching away on what came up the river the night before. Worth a visit for the more adventurous is a long stroll up the beach to Bonanza for lunch at La Campana (brilliant !). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung auf drei Etagen. Sehr gut eingerichtete Küche mit Esszimmer und schöner Dachterasse Schöner gemeinschafts Pool. Freundlicher Empfang des Vermieters und gute Erklährung der Wohnung und Umgebung. Ca. zehn Gehminuten zum Strand.
