Designed by architect and owner Kyriakoula for personal use, this three-level villa with a lift embodies her aesthetic and functional vision. With its unique and tasteful decor and its breathtaking view, the house emits the warmth of a family home.
The villa is located in a lush area of a 1000 sq.m. with a unique view of the sea, which is only 150m away. It is a three-level house with a lift. On the middle floor we have the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and the W.C. These rooms have access to both the large terrace overlooking the sea and the back yard facing the mountain. Thus one can find shade all day long. The bedrooms are located both on the lower and the upper floor. On the lower floor there is one bedroom with two single beds and another with a double bed and two additional single beds. The bathroom on this floor has a bathtub with a shower head. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and another with a double bed and a one single bed. The bathroom on this floor has a shower unit. The layout of the house is ideal for the accommodation of two families! The villa also provides a very useful utility room with a washing machine, a drying rack, an ironing board, cleaning detergents and a second fridge. The floors are adjoined by an interior staircase and a lift! A characteristic feature of the house is the impressive interior atrium. Our guests will have a private parking space for two cars at their disposal.
Our guests will have access to all the spaces of the villa except for the boiler room which is located on the outside premises.

The villa is surrounded by a lush green garden next to the sea and very close to the village of Nikiana. There you can find several supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, shops with local products, holiday shops, pharmacies, restaurants, cafe-bars, cash dispensers and a yacht marina.
Within a hundred metres, there is a local bus stop for transportation on the island. Nydri, a major port of Lefkas, is a 15-minute drive (8km) from the villa and there you can make day cruises or sail to nearby islands of the Ionian. The Hora (the main town of Lefkas) is another 15-minute drive but in the opposite direction. There you will find the coach station for destinations all over Greece. The airport for local and international flights is a 45-minute drive from the villa.
The two bedrooms on the upper floor have air-conditioners while the cooler bedrooms on the lower floor have fans.
