Superb villa on the golf course with a private pool and close to the beach

Wonderful villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, private pool and a large quiet garden.
With a contemporary design, spacious interiors and ample outdoor areas, the house is very comfortable and holiday friendly.
We overlook the 8th green of the Laguna golf course, a short par 5 from the Millennium Club House, where guests can enjoy a drink or lunch on the beautiful outdoor restaurant.
The villa is just 20 minutes walk from the famous Falésia beach with its impressive red clifftops and long sandy beach.
There are individual air conditioning units in every bedroom, fitted cupboards and ensuite bathrooms.

Beautiful villa in a quiet area

The villa is very spacious, modern and well equiped, set on a lovely golf course in a quiet area out of Quarteira/Vilamoura. All the rooms are fully air conditioned and the beds were comfortable with good quality linen. We have a lovely stay (be warned the green keepers start cutting, blowing and raking the course at 7am- this didn't bother us at all). There is a supermarket 5mins drive (30 mins walk), many golf courses, an amazing tennis centre close by and of course many beautiful beaches. A car is essential. Federica was contactable via whatsapp or phone. It would have been nice to have had 6 outdoor dining chairs (there are only 4), and there was quite a lot of dust and hair on the floors (particularly the bathrooms) on arrival, but overall we had a fantastic 2 week stay, and would happily return.

Amazing Home & Location!

We had the most wonderful stay in Portugal at this villa. The house was simply beautiful, with all amenities required for our stay. The garden and pool were fantastic, and we ended up spending a lot of time at the home! The Villa was a little distance away from the marina and restaurants, so we rented a car, as we had an 8 month old, which made getting around so easy. One thing to note if you have small children, is that the stairs in the Villa are quite hard material, with no banister, and there are a few of them, so we were very careful going up and down with the little one. There are also two dogs near by that seem to be let free during the day, quite barky and ended up coming into the garden a few times (with a little one we had to be very aware and careful with this) - but just some helpful things to note! We had such a fantastic family holiday and would love to return. The host was also so friendly and kept in touch, only a message away at all times! So pleased.

Golf and wedding anniversary

We rented the property for a short holiday and to play golf in the local area. The facilities were good and as described. The host Federica was easily contactable and attended to our needs. The location /address was initially confusing for local taxis but once we got our bearings it became a little easier. I recommend to take the gps coordinates which can help the local taxi firms. Otherwise a great location and a quiet area but not too far from the centre and it’s many bars restaurants etc.

Really lovely Villa. Perfect location and absolute bargain! Couple of minor problems whilst we were there however Federica is so contactable and they were resolved very quickly that it didn’t impact our stay. I would 100% stay again and recommend to friends and family
