Charming country house very well renovated, located in a quiet area, just 3 km from the beach of Cala d'Hort. It has spectacular views over Es Cubells and Formentera.
It is distributed on one floor:
Independent kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils.
Dining room for 8 people.
2 lounges, one with satellite TV and air conditioning.
3 bedrooms: 2 double beds 1.50mx1.90m (one en-suite and with air conditioning) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
2 bathrooms with shower (of which one is en-suite) and 1 with a bathtub.
Exterior: Nice porch with built-in barbecue and 8x4m private pool with 7 sunbeds and parasol. Chill-out covered with awning. Terrace with dining table and parasol.


There is the possibility of adding an extra bed, check price.

Incredible stay!
Our group of 5 had an amazing stay at Can Romero I. The villa itself is beautiful with incredible views. We hired a car and found the location to be a good base from which to explore the island, we also found it easy enough to get taxis as required. EcoIbiza were very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I would recommend this villa and wouldn’t hesitate to book via EcoIbiza again!

Uns hat die Lage sehr gut gefallen, da wir nur 20 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt waren. Der Swimmingpool mit den Liegeplätzen, mit dem überdeckten Essensplatz, die Musikanlage welche über Bluetooth verbunden wird und saubere grosszügige Wohnfläche. Der alte Teil des Gebäudes, bzw ein Schlafzimmer müsste das Dach renoviert werden. Für den hohen Mietpreis ein grosser Minuspunkt.

Perfect!
The view is breathtakingly beautiful. The pool was super nice. And the terrace is also wonderful to eat under. The house is nice and cool and there is a lot of space. It is also dark and quiet at night and I like that. The service and explanation was excellent. It was the perfect place for a week in Ibiza. I want to go there again! The view of Es Vedra is a bit obstructed by a tree. If this tree is cut down, you have a nicer view. :)
