My name is Peter. With my partner Vicky we own and manage properties on the Costa del Sol. We live in a finca in the hills 20 km from Marbella surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees. Originally from North West England now 10 years in Andalusia. We love the sunshine life - tapas and drinks in the village square - sunny walks with our dog - and the abundance of simple fresh food. Our family from the UK are regular visitors - this is when we become "tourists" and visit the numerous attractions of the area. We pride ourselves with the quality of our properties. We strive for perfection and are on hand to advise and assist customers during their stay. Many of our customers have become firm friends over the years and we have numerous returning clients.

We like this property for its bright open plan design. Only a few strides from the large pool with adjacent kiddies area. 10 minutes walk to a sandy beach. Easy walking distance to restaurants / cafes. 20 minute walk to the luxury yachts in Cabopino Marina. Perfect for a family holiday.

You will love the sunny terrace/ decked garden area bathed in sunshine.The apartment is just a few strides from the large swimming pool.You can enjoy the local fresh fruit vedge and fish bought inexpensively on the local markets.

Apartment was modern and clean and exactly like the photos
This apartment has a well equipped kitchen. Excellent garden space with BBQ. It was perfect for our family of 6. The pool and garden area was immaculate. Peter was very helpful would thoroughly recommend.
Within walking distance 15 minutes to local beach and beachside restaurants. 5 minutes the other way to mini supermarket and restaurant, bar (Orange Tree) and the bus stop, M220 bus, 3 stops to Lidl, 3 stops the other way to Nikki Beach.

Very modern and clean apartment.Nice quiet area of Cabo Pino. Peter and his wife were very helpful with all questions and queries. Fabulous pool. Well deserved 5*.

Lovely flat with all you need for a relaxing family holiday
Nice location with short walking distance to a charming little square with a relaxing and very family friendly restaurant. Pool area was nice, however mostly older people, so not the best place with small children playing in the pool.
Flat was nice and clean with full amenities. However, stone floor with a few steps in living room, so a bit stressful with a toddler.
Terrace in front of the living room was great and private. Unfortunately no cushions for the sofa, which made it uncomfortable.
Peter the host was friendly and flexible, however we tried to reach him a few times during our stay to get help with the air con, and didn't get in touch with him before a few days after.
Overall it was a convenient and relaxing location, when traveling as a large family.
We had a great 2 weeks in marbella.

Fairways Development Carib Playa is situated in an upmarket residential area to the east of Marbella town. Between Elviria and Cabopino marina. Beach side of the A7/ N360 Road. Only a few km from Cabopino Marina and 10 minutes walk from the local beach. This ground floor apartment is set within a gated community - remote controlled gates and remote controlled access to the secure underground garage car parking .
The large communal pool with adjacent kiddies pool is only a few strides from the apartment. There are ample free sun loungers. The large terrace and private garden area at the rear of the property has a large decking with al fresco dining for 6. The property being a short walk to a sandy beach. is ideal for a family holiday.
Walking distance to 3 bars / cafes in the “Pueblo Square”. The renowned El Rancho Grill. (Famous for stone grill chateaubriand!) and El Cortijo a small local tapas bar. There are a number of other local shops and an ATM Machine.
