Set on the historic Alfonso XII street, this apartment comfortably accommodates up to two people. An ideal place for a couple wishing to stay in an exclusive location, close to the busiest shopping streets and the most emblematic areas of interest.

This apartment is located on the second floor exterior of a wonderful 18th century building which has been refurbished and has access to the solarium terrace which along with a small swimming pool is part of the community amenities. This apartment has two exterior facing balconies, which during Holy Week offer excellent views of the festivities. A charming corner in the heart of Seville.

Living / Dining Room / Kitchen: This open space gathers living room, dining room and kitchen. The lounge stands out for its decoration, where the antique Andalusian furniture coexists with pieces of contemporary design, a mixture in perfect harmony. Thanks to its large window, this space is endowed with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and decorated with natural materials, following the same aesthetic as the rest of the space.

Bedroom: it has a double bed, which is framed with a beautiful wallpaper as a headboard and is inspired by the iron doors found in the typical courtyards of Seville. Its windows provide brightness and look out onto an interior patio from the 17th century that has been restored preserving its original charm.

Bathroom: it has a large shower room and is fully equipped. It follows a functional and elegant line.

Surface: 47 m2. Second floor. The living room is furnished with a two-seater sofa, a coffee table, a slipper chair, a standing lamp and a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The dining area comes with a table with seats for up to three people. The kitchen is open to the living area and it is fully equipped. The bedroom is fitted with a king size bed (1,60m x 2,00m), two bedside tables, two lamps and a built-in closet. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower. The entire apartment has wooden floors, except for the bathroom which is tiled.

Please note that the heating cannot be used at the same time as the air conditioning.
