Individually designed holiday home accommodation. Set within 10 acres of pastureland with 2 acres of ancient woodland. Magnificent surroundings with beautiful panoramic views of neighbouring farmland, the Malvern Hills and Worcestershire / Herefordshire countryside.

The detached house is full of character in An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) aptly named The Tree House due to exposed beams and supporting Scots pine poles throughout. The sole bed and breakfast B&B and adjacent office room is located on the 2nd floor with sloping ceilings.

10min drive to the nearest Malvern Hills walking spots or a 45min walk. At the summit of Worcester Beacon 15 counties can be seen. Malvern Water has been the choice of the Royal Family for more than 400 years and is available from numerous Springs, Spouts, Fountains and Holy Wells. Malvern is home to The Three 3 Counties Showground, Malvern Theatre and Morgan Motor Company..

Getting Around

Although peaceful it is not isolated as there is a village shop nearby plus many local pubs and restaurants including top rated TripAdvisor and Michelin Guide establishments. A public footpath on site joins the local network. Local bus stops are 10 minutes walk. 10 minutes drive to the nearest railway station. Fantastic place for get togethers

  • 5 of 5

Great property, lots of communal living space for everyone to fit comfortably. Kids were disappointed that the tree swing was broken and there was no alternative outside equipment for children but lots of games in the house. Some kitchen equipment such as pots and pans could have been better quality but overall we had a lovely time.
