Villa Brisa de Mar is a brand new modern villa, built in 2016 and located in Moraira. The villa offers beautiful panoramic sea and land views overlooking Moraira village and marina to the Mediterranean and uninterrupted views towards the historical towns of Teulada and Benitachel. It is ideally situated for peaceful privacy at the end of a cul-de-sac road. It’s just 5 minutes by car to Moraira’s cozy village with its sandy beaches, bars and restaurants and just 500 m to the local Ifach Golf Club. A truly comfortable luxury villa for an amazing holiday!

Through the front entrance you are automatically attracted to the spectacular view and spacious and bright living area, comprising of a wide lounge and open dining area with a modern designer table setting for 10. The lounge area sports a 48 inch satellite television (Dutch, English, German and Spanish).

The large glass windows with sliding doors cover the full width of the villa, realising the feeling of bringing inside outside. Adjacent to the dining area is the open kitchen with a cooking island with large gas cooking range and breakfast bar, American fridge with filtered ice and ice water dispenser, large oven, microwave, wine fridge, coffee corner, orange juicer, toaster and drinking water filter. This removes the need to purchase and carry heavy bottles of drinking water! For the business folks who need to keep in touch, and for entertaining the whole family, the villa is equipped with super-fast 4G internet, a 5G band wifi, and a wifi connected printer.

You have direct access from the living area onto the spacious terrace with a wide covered area with overhead fans and sun awnings. A comfortable sitting area and a large outdoor dining table with seating for 10 enable you to enjoy all your meals and drinks overlooking the infinity swimming pool and the beautiful views over the Mediterranean and Moraira. The large salt water pool measures 10x4m, with additional terrace area for sun bathing with sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a large BBQ in its own area.

The ground floor plan also includes a very large bedroom (with king size 180×200 double bed) with an en-suite bathroom, full width built in wardrobe, and a wall mounted wide screen TV. Waking up is a pleasure…direct access to the terrace, pool and the breath taking views!

The en suite bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, toilet and wash basin and is shared with a second bedroom which has 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe.

The ground floor is completed by a guest toilet and a utility room housing an efficient washing machine, dryer, and laundry facilities.

The first floor is accessed via an elegant glass and stainless steel staircase leading to 3 bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has an island bed (king size, 180×200), large wardrobe, and wide screen TV. This bedroom has spectacular open sea view with access to a 14×3 m terrace with sunbeds. The piece-de–resistance en-suite master bathroom has a double bath in front of the full width window. A fantastic experience - relaxing with a glass of cava overlooking the Mediterranean while taking a bath! A walk-in rain shower, double basins and toilet completes this large en-suite.

The next double bedroom comes again with a king size bed (180×200), wall mounted wide screen TV and its own en-suite bathroom with walk-in rain shower. It shares the spectacular views over the Mediterranean and Moraira and open access to the large sunny terrace.

The third first floor bedroom has 2 single beds and large en-suite bathroom, with same facilities as the other en-suites. A large winter terrace completes around the side of the house, extending those long sunny days into the winter months.

All five bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, whisper quiet A/C and ceiling fans.

There is parking space on the plot for 4+ cars. Covered parking for 2 cars.

Great villa for a nice relaxing holiday

We found our stay in Brisa de Mar extremely relaxing. Everything in this villa is just well thought off. From the well equipped kitchen to the great aircons and ceiling fans, it is a truly luxurious villa. The pool is a salt water pool so much nicer than chlorine!!The terrace is big with plenty of sunbeds,dining table that seats 10 and a nice sitting area,so its no wonder thats were we spend most our time. Most of our meals we used the nice big BBQ, which was a joy to cook on. At night its really nice to sit on the terrace and see the lights on the hills of Benitatchell and the Cumbre del Sol. And during the day you can see the sea and harbour of Moraira, especially from the upstairs balcony the views are stunning! There were toys for the swimming pool for the kids which was great so we did not have to go and buy some. The large lounge and dining area is beautifully decorated with modern furnture and the kitchen is very well equipped! We loved the icemaker and special drinking water filter!!!

Our contact with Murielle went very smoothly and she answered all our questions promptly!!

We really recommend Brisa de Mar for a nice relaxing holiday.

Wonderful villa, ticks all the boxes!!!

We rented Brisa de Mar for 2 weeks in December and had a fantastic time. It is a lovely home, beautifully furnished and a great kitchen. As it was winter we did spend the evenings mostly inside the house and were pleasantly surprised with the comfortable sofa's and the large dining table. It has a great kitchen to do your cooking and the large cooking island/bar in the middle is a gathering point to sit and stand around having a drink with everybody while you are preparing meals.During the warmer daytime we did sit on the terrace to enjoy the great sea and land views and we have to say this really is a house that is very well decorated and furnished, inside and outside. The crockery, cutlery and glassware is modern and there is plenty of it!! (lovely crystal wine glasses!!!)The house is comfortably warm as the central floor heating is just wonderful !! The beds have fantastic matresses that are a really good size ,we all are tall and its great to have a bed that is really 2 mtrs long!! No sagging or old matrassess in this property!!!

The younger generation of our family was more than happy with the high speed internet, wifi and netflix connections, kept them nicely ocupied.

Brisa de Mar was recommended to us by some friends who had stayed in the summer who were very enthousiastic about Brisa and we can only emphasise this. All in all we had a fantastic time in a beautiful villa.
