The development is the best in the area with 24h gated security and superb facilities such as a large communal pool and a tennis court. Very convenient for whatever people want to do.
This lovely 4 bedroom villa set in the Belek, surrounded by lush landscaping provides privacy and quiet but only five minutes drive from the coast.
This spacious villa sleeps 7 comfortably and offers a master bedroom, bathroom and private terrace as well as other 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa has a beautiful garden with large pool where the sun shines all day. Perfect for families with children or a group of friends who want to relax and enjoy the summer.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE ELECTRICITY AND WATER CONSUMPTION WHICH IS CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE METERS. The staff will take the meters together with you upon your arrival and departure and you will need to pay for the you used.
With both Belek and Kadriye within 5 min by car it is ideally situated for the many restaurants and bars offering superb cuisine at Lira prices, around £12 per head. Local supermarket at site entrance.
The beaches are with a 10 min drive or a short cheap taxi ride and they again offer good food and drink. Plenty of water sports for the active.
The general area offers plenty of unique historical ruins mostly from the Roman era most no more than 30 min by car.

Great place to stay

Just spent a month here and can't praise the property or the owner highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble for kerim and his staff. Will definitely be going back.

Die Bilder täuschen

Das Haus ist schön gebaut, in eine Straße mit vielen ähnlichen Villen; die Instandhaltung war leider nicht gut: die Bäder waren sauber, dennoch haben gestunken, trotz eigene Putz-aktion mit Chlorreiniger; Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, leider mit schimmeligen Unterschränke. Der Pool war nicht nutzbar, da das Wasser nicht sauber war und die fliesen haben einen gelben Schicht gehabt. Die Pumpe hat nicht funktioniert. Die Fenster der Veranda waren nicht schließbar, so das wir nicht draußen essen konnten, da die Luft zu kalt war. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend; Sonst die Lage war ruhig, überwacht und leicht erreichbar.
