Happy Days is a light and airy apartment which offers great comfort and restfulness. Fabulous for couples wanting something special on breaks away from hectic lifestyles or accommodating the whole family of up to six people.

Situated on the Porthminster side of St Ives, the apartment has superb sea views to Hayle Towans around to the harbour and includes full length floor to ceiling Velux balcony windows in the living area and master bedroom which open out and up to let the outside in!

Entrance into the apartment building is via a short flight of steps to enter the communal hallway that serves just 2 other apartments. The apartment's main door opens onto a good sized entrance area with coat hooks and space for shoes then wide stairs lead up to a hallway from which the bathroom and bedrooms 2 and 3 are accessed. A further few stairs leads to the laundry area with washer/drier, master bedroom with en-suite and onto the open plan kitchen which is fully equipped with a NEF Electric Oven, 5 ring gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen opens up to dining/living area with comfortable seating for up to 6, a 32" slimline LCD Digitial TV with Sky full movies/sport package, DVD, Playstation4 console, DAB Radio/CD and a good selection of board games, DVDs, CDs, PS4 games & books and free WiFi. The views around St Ives Bay are spectacular which can be particularly enjoyed from the master bedroom with its king size bed, luxury comfort mattress, TV, DAB Radio, hairdryer, and lovely fitted furniture. The en-suite shower room has a WC, wash basin, large shower cubicle, heated towel rail & shaver point. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has a 4ft 6ins double bed. Both of these bedrooms have quality comfort mattresses, TV/DVD and quality fitted bedroom furniture.

The main bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi whirlpool bath, over bath power shower, WC, washbasin, heated towel rail & shaver point. Both of the bathrooms have beautiful limestone wall and floor tiles.

Duvets are provided as is fresh crisp bed linen and hand/bath towels made from luxury soft American pima cotton recognised internationally as the world's best.

Parking for one car is available during your holiday and is found at rear of property.

What a lovely apartment with stunning views! This apartment has everything you need, there is nothing that has been forgotten and it makes your stay special, along with all that it is absolutely spotlessly clean. Just a 5 minuet walk to the beautiful beaches and about that same to the town which is amazing,we fell in love with its quirky feel, wonderful shops and amazing places to eat. Happy Days we loved you and fell in love with St Ives👍?

Enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Views were wonderful & we were close to access of transportation.

We were only at St. Ives for 3 nights & no form of transportation, so it was important to us to have easy access to public transportation to get around. We enjoyed walks around the scenic views & enjoyed some great eats. I would highly recommend this place as a place to stay for anyone who wants to enjoy the peace & views of this beautiful part of the country.

Excellent apartment with everything that you could need on hand.the apartment is of a very high standard,very warm and comfortable.The views are terrific from the lounge window over the bay

It is only a short walk into the town centre and all the information left was very helpful in choosing some restaurantsThe appt has SKy SAT TV DVD Player with a good selection of films and an X BOX if the weather is not so good ..The communication and assistance leading up to our arrival were first class.

Parking for one car is provided but we found parking for a. Second car reasonably close so not a problem if there is a group staying

Overall we had a terrific stay over new year and would have no hesitation in recommending this appt and Happy Days St Ives Thanks Stuart

Fabulous modern apartment

A lovely apartment, warm, spacious and very well equipped. It was in a very convenient location with the benefit of parking. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well appointed and the views of Porthminster Beach were wonderful.
