In the spring and summer, when you look at the views from 3a Sea View Place you may well believe you've landed in the Maldives! The sea is so calm and clear that it's just too inviting not to go and paddle about. 3a Sea View Place is equally toasty for Autumn or Winter breaks where you will enjoy front row seats if the weather turns and you get to see the waves crashing on the rocks below.

This perfect apartment for two is perched above Bamaluz beach and is on the second and third floor of the granite stone house. One flight of external granite steps take you to the front door where another flight of stairs take you to the stunning double bedroom with infinite sea views and the bathroom with bath/ shower over. On the top floor you have even more spectacular views from the living, kitchen and dining room. The living room has a sofa bed which is as comfy to lounge on as it is to sleep on, ideally for a child only. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has views over to St Ives harbour and Smeaton's Pier.

If being entertained by the views isn't quite enough, then there is a TV and DVD player in both the living room and the bedroom as well as an iPod docking station for your own music. There is free WiFi at 3a Sea View Place.

3a Sea View Place is simply perfect for single travellers wanting to be in central St Ives, couples wanting something special and romantic or a family with one child.

Well appointed, cozy retreat.

Well appointed with everything you could need - a perfect retreat. With the bedroom and living room overlooking one of beaches, tucked away on a quiet street, the only sound you’ll hear is the waves. Location is just a couple mins walk from the seafront parade of restaurants, bars and shops. Also easy access to one of the larger parking areas. Would definitely visit again.

Amazing Sea Views!

We had a fabulous stay at 3a Sea View Place. The apartment was lovely, clean and right on the ocean. The street, though close to the harbour, does not get a lot of tourist traffic and feels surprisingly away from it all. We really loved our stay here and would not hesitate to book again!

When we booked the property the pictures lured us in, but we were a little sceptical!! When we arrived it was more like WOW!!

The location was amazing and wakeing up in the morning to look out your window and spot sealions hunting is abit special!!

There was no immediate parking but hey, thats st ives and for the sake of a 2 min walk, to get to adequete parking its no bother when the scenary is amazing!!

Hats off, st ives is beautiful and we visit alot and wouldnt let anybody other than Homeaway deal with are stay, our property was like home but away ha...... thank you!

Little Gem of a place with amazing views. Romantic getaway.

Not enough words to describe this little Gem.

My husband,myself and my 17 year old daughter stayed for 5 nights and had the most amazing time.

The property was spotless and lovely welcome pack of a cream tea there for rival. It is equipped with everything you need and is so close to the Harbourside and shops / restaurants /beaches, you really don't need to venture far at all.

We loved everything about it but especially the views, which were stunning.

We ordered a couple of hampers from lisa at sandy toes. Local produce all really high quality stuff and there for our arrival. Perfect amount for 3 of us and we enjoyed a bbq on the beach with the BBQ hamper and a lovely cooked breakfast.

Will definitely be returning (just the 2 of us next time).
