From the driveway and lovely front garden, the oak front door opens into an entrance hall with corridor to the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen:
Lounge: A bright comfortable lounge with a varnished wooden floor and heavy duty matting, light mushroom painted walls, wall mounted lights and a dramatic feature wall in a funky checkered blue and green wallpaper. The room is well furnished with 2 golden leather sofas (1 x 3-seater & 1 x 4-seater), a brown and pine leather chair, a large bean bag and a oval wooden and glass table in the middle of the room currently housing the remote controls. The cosy focal point of this room is the welcoming Scandinavian wood-burning stove (logs are supplied), there is a large LCD flat screen TV with a free-style home cinema system, Sky package, DVD player, iPod docking station and a well-stocked bookcase with a selection of books, DVDs and all the usual favourite games including; Scrabble, Mousetrap, Connect 4, Monopoly and a compendium of games. WiFi is also available.
Garden Room / Conservatory: This is a lovely light glass extension room and comfortably furnished with chairs and a sofa - great for relaxing and unwinding, the patio doors in this area open out into the private well-kept garden and decked area.
KITCHEN / DINER / UTILITY ROOM
Kitchen Area:This modern kitchen has been designed for easy access and movement, with a useful separate utility room/wetsuit drying room just off of the kitchen. The kitchen is of modern styling with large porcelain butler's sink, contemporary wooden Habitat cupboards and a table that can seat 10. Driftwood art decorates the wall and a 60's style Smeg fridge plus wine rack makes entertaining a pleasure. In this well equipped kitchen you will find a double oven Belling stove with 4-ring halogen hob, dishwasher, 4-slice toaster, stainless steel kettle, cafetiere, knife block, chopping boards and a wine rack. There is also a plentiful supply of crockery and a full selection of utensils and glasses. Also within the kitchen is a small butchers block with a microwave on top as well as an IPOD docking station, there is shelving under with a wicker basket containing an abundance of leaflets of things to see and do, places to eat and drink etc. Above this area is further shelving with a selection of cook books and a 3 CD mini disk stereo system. A truly elegant kitchen in light green, pebble effect vinyl flooring and halogen down-lights. A dual aspect room with the kitchen window overlooking the front of the property and in the dining area with a window overlooking the rear garden.
Dining Area: This is an open plan kitchen/diner and within the dining area is a large solid wood dining table with seating for 6, 3 chairs on one side and a wooden bench on the other. A wooden high chair is also provided for your use and in the corner of the dining area is a wooden 4-drawer unit with a 4-slice toaster, white ceramic bread-bin and some stainless steel scales.

There are 4 bedrooms of which 1 is off the dining area, whilst the balance are further along the hallway.
Bedroom 1 (Double-bedroom with en-suite): Off the dining area is a door leading to a double-bedroom with en-suite shower room ideal for anyone preferring privacy or ground floor accommodation. There is a oak double-bed, 2 x 2-drawer oak bedside tables and built in wardrobe. This is a single aspect bedroom overlooking the rear of the property with cream coloured carpet and a strip blind over the window.
Bedroom 2 (Double-bedroom) : Leading off the hallway, is a large double-bedroom with oak floor, double bed, built-in wardrobe, 2 x bedside cabinets, a dressing table and a radio. There is a corner chair available for your use and a linen basket containing spare duvets for those evenings with a slight nip in the air. This double bedroom looks out onto the beautifully planted mature front garden.
Bedroom 3 (Twin-bedroom): with oak floor, oak twin beds and complementary twin bedside cabinets with reading lamps, wardrobe and drawer combi, dressing table and mirror. A light, bright east facing room for morning sun.
Bedroom 4 (Double-Bedroom): another spacious bedroom with oak floor, oak double bed with twin bedside cabinets and reading lamps and a mirrored hanging unit. Morning sunshine and views across the garden.
Family Bathroom with luxury fittings and a contemporary look, bath with power shower over & glass screen, modern white suite comprising of a wash hand basin, WC, chrome heated towel rail and dimmer spotlights. White ceramic tiling on 3 walls with small brown brick type tiles surround the bath.
En-suite shower room:
Off the dining area is a door leading to a double-bedroom with en-suite shower room. A contemporary en-suite shower room, a white bathroom suite with wash-hand basin and WC, chrome towel rail, wooden shelving unit with sliding mirror and underfloor heating.
