Villa Boquer is a spectacular villa welcome up to 6 people. It is located in the sought after residential area of Boquer, Puerto Pollensa.

This modern recently renovated villa (2022) offers 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed over 3 floors. There is a private furnished terrace and a 4x3m swimming pool with a maximum depth of 2 meters. The property has a garden and a furnished patio terrace with a built-in barbecue on the outside patio ideal for al fresco dining.

Ground floor: Open plan lounge and dining room with 65 inch TV with Freeview channels. Fully fitted, well equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A guest toilet can also be found on this level.

First floor: Three fully air conditioned double bedrooms (two with double beds including 1 king size, and a twin room), en-suite open shower room in the master bedroom and an additional family bathroom to service the other two bedrooms.

Second floor: Air conditioned double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Extras: Netflix enabled TV.

Pool towels provided.

NOTE: Please note that for stays of less than 7 nights, the client pays the cleaning cost, which is €300 per reservation.

Eco-tax not included. 2€ + 10% VAT per adult per night.

Contemporary house close to Pine Walk

Overall standard of house was very good. All very clean on arrival. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

The villa it’s self would have been amazing if it was properly maintained and cleaned.

The rooms are more than spacious but a little care on lay out could have been better. This could easily have been a 5 bed villa with a little thought. The cleaning team could have shown a bit more attention to detail and care. Overall I would recommend this property due to size and location.

We never got to stay in the property we had booked. We were asked to go somewhere else only days before we were about to leave. The place was filthy. The sofas were covered in staines as were the bed clothes. We had to ask for them to be changed . I personally am covered in bites from bugs inside the house. We had to argue with thevilla company to get them changed. Absolutely appalling, we will be writing our review on trip advisor. These people should not be getting money from holiday makers. It’s a discrace,

Excellent villa

Stayed in this lovely villa with 4 adults and 4 kids (13,11,8,6). There was plenty room with excellent facilities and it was very, very clean. It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach (Pine Walk) to restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend staying at this villa.

Lovely, spacious and modern villa in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay…the pool was great for the kids as it has a shallower end and being able to walk to the beach and the pine walk was a massive plus point. Small issues with the villa were dealt with quickly by Dickinson. We would definitely return for another holiday.
