The condo was very spacious and had beautiful views. The location was great with ample parking and a quiet neighborhood.

The property and views were beautiful, but (and it’s a big BUT) the condo itself is not well maintained. There were holes in doors, a/c made weird cranking noises every time it turned on, dryer takes 3-4 cycles before the load is ready, bed in queen spare room is horribly uncomfortable, sink in that bathroom drained extremely slow and filled with water when you just washed your hands... the list of things that need fixed could go on, but the top of the Cons list is when we had beach stuff stolen from the parking garage and the manager never got back to us after viewing the camera footage or even tried to help us recover it.

The only problem was the elevator was broke and we had to go up and down 6 flights of stairs every time we done anything.

First, the views are spectacular. If your main focus is a view on the beach, this property is it.

Second, the master bed is very comfortable.

But, the hollow plastic doors had holes in them, the bed in the third bedroom has a horrible mattress & should be replaced along with all the towels. The shades on the windows looked as if they had Never been dusted and the bed covers, dust ruffles, throw pillows were so soiled that they were brown. Finally, the elevator broke (with us in it!) during our stay & we had to walk the 12 flights of stairs to the 6th floor for 3 days.

In conclusion, the views are amazing.

This place was a lovely and rejuvenating experience! Family oriented and peaceful location with that island view. The local baywatch squad is both helpful and protectively strict. The tired, tan chair boy enjoyed putting up his chairs. We will definitely return to this venue again!
