We are James & Gillian Cook, brother & sister. We are both originally from the UK, although James now lives in Malta with his wife & children. James runs his own business supplying IPTV systems, Gillian lives in Leicestershire with her daughter, is a homemaker & looks after some of the families business interests.

We purchased Two Seas { Dos Mares} earlier this year, making a dream of Gillian a reality.

  • Bedrooms 1 &2 have ensuite bathrooms, climate control , & built in wardrobes. Each room has large glass sliding doors the length of the room, opening to a pleasant terraced area furnished for relaxing, there is a table & 4 chairs, there is a spiral staircase leading to the 45m2 roof terrace. The terrace leading off the bedrooms has outdoor lighting & also power. Both rooms have sea views Both rooms are light & airy, & very sunny. Bedroom 3 is a master suite, it has a raised platform on which sits a king sized bed. This bed is accessed by a ladder & would therefore not be suitable for all guests. Below the king sized bed is a draped area with seating & lighting for relaxing. This area can easily accommodate a further temporary double bed, perhaps for a child/children. It is not our intention for this room to accommodate 4 adults. The master suite also has a large tiled shower area with large rainfall shower & 2 sinks. This room has 2 large electrically operated skylights.Aircon

Exceeded every expectation!

I recently stayed at Gillian’s place with two of my friends- it exceeded every expectation! Remote - tick. Clean - tick. Nicely furnished - tick. Great location - tick! Would definitely go back, only next time I would get a car as taxi’s weren’t that reliable.

A Pleasant stay

The residence is nice as well as the location and the decoration of the apartment. The view is not exactly as we expected with electricity pillar in the middle of one terrace. Except this point we really enjoyed the place.

Un gran gusto por los detalles

Desde que llegamos nos quedamos encantados con el duplex, está decorado con muy buen gusto y lo sientes enseguida como un hogar.

Es una urbanización muy muy tranquila, cada vez que íbamos a la piscina estábamos casi solos...

Gillian es encantadora y aunque no la conocimos en persona, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos y a cualquier hora.

Por último aunque no es de fácil acceso puesto que necesitas coche y no está al lado de la playa, está en una de mis zonas favoritas de Ibiza, cerca de las mejores calas y de St Josep y Es cubells.

Las vistas también son geniales!! Sin duda, lo recomendamos!!

The beautiful beach of Cala Vadella is 1000 metres away, this beach has a lifeguard, a diving school, pedalo hire & paddle board hire. The bay is surrounded by numerous restaurants, a few bars, an ice cream parlour, a supermarket, & a few small boutiques selling clothing. There is an ATM there & ample parking.

The nearby village of San Josep is a 10 minute drive away, it has a bus service, a church, a chemists, a dentist, a medical centre, a vets, a post office, a library, three banks, a florists, a butchers, a fishmongers, a tobacconists' a petrol station, a few supermarkets, numerous bars & shops.

There are some of the islands most beautiful beaches within easy reach, such as Cala Carbo, Cala Vadella, Cala Moli & Cala de Hort
