The little cottage is warm and cozy! It is in a historic neighborhood and the home itself is older, but has been upgraded and has modern conveniences. Nicely decorated and TV in the living room with cable and the bedroom. The neighborhood has sidewalks and enjoyed walks looking at the various architectures of the houses and gardens. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. Fenced yard was nice, as I had dogs with me. Neighborhood full of dog friendly people. Nice location - less than 2 miles to anything you could want!

The only thing that was a disadvantage is the can opener needs replaced and there were no cutting knives!

Owner's Response: Thanks Cathie! You really didn't have to wash and fold the sheets and towels, how nice of you. Good luck in your future dog training and competitions.

sweet little artists retreat cottage

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed a week in this nice cosy little cottage and it met all our needs admirably. It is clean, quiet and in a wonderful historic neighborhood with brick paved streets. I found the owner to be helpful and friendly, and would stay in this house again. We went to a few local eateries she recommended: Rising Sun, Little Lady Cafe, and Florida Cracker Kitchen...they were all good.

A lovely little cottage

Walk or drive a perfect location close to it all. Restaurants, bars, church, parks, beaches, shopping and a casino all near by. Would recommend to friends and family as owner goes out of her way to make your stay pleasant.
