A wonderful holiday

Cosy and quiet flat, well furnished, a very friendly and helpful owner, excellent location for touring Dorset, visiting Stonehenge, Salisbury ..

We had wonderful breakfasts and dinners outside (photo).

Brilliant location for visiting Dorset.

This cosy flat was in the best possible location for exploring the whole of Dorset.

We arrived to a lovely welcome pack consisting of, milk, bread, spread, eggs, apples, bananas, red wine and tea and coffee. How very thoughtful of Ian and greatly appreciated. After a day's excursions we looked forward to our return and the very comfortable bed which provided an excellent night's sleep for the whole week.

I would definitely recommend a stay in this property.

Ideally located for sightseeing around Poole area

A very clean and comfortable flat, the kitchenette is very small but coped well due to excellent weather and eating out a lot. Owners extremely welcoming and helpful with local knowledge of areas to visit.

Great apartment for exploring Poole and the surrounding area

The apartment is comfy and in an ideal location for Poole - a short drive into the town but away from all the noise. The patio area is a bonus and, as the weather was fantastic, we spent most of our time outdoors. The kitchen is a bit tight but as we don't cook while on holiday this wasn't a problem for us - to be fair it is described as a kitchenette. Ian was very welcoming and the welcome pack was appreciated.

Flat reasonable access dangerous.

I viewed the accommodation and it would have been suitable for a short stay. However, access to it I felt was too dangerous for us to stay so we booked into a Hotel in Poole. My wife is slightly disabled and access meant getting out of the car on loose gravel, walking up an uneven drive, then a crazy paving path with a drop to a fish pond, and step down to a narrow path beside the house. DANGEROUS,!

Owner's Response: The review is completely incorrect and unfounded There are 3 alternative access routes to The apartment the disabled person did not get out if the car to look at the alternatives and they refused any offer of help. We have had disabled people stay in the past some on crutches some with walking aids some in wheel chairs and one with A disabled buggy and these all managed the access with out any complaints or adverse reviews. This person chose to move to a hotel without even looking beyond the confines of the car. The photographs adequately show the access to the property.
