Good location for exploring Dorset.

Reasonable price, and perfectly adequate for a 3 night break. We loved eating under the grapevine. Owners were very helpful and friendly.

Everything we needed and a good location

Ian's place was perfect for what we needed. Although on the main road, the flat is at the back of the house so we were not bothered by traffic noise. It was very good value and Ian was a helpful host. We were prepared for the small kitchenette but it was well equipped and we were easily able to cook our own meals. Lovely courtyard but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it, mainly because of the weather!

Good base for bird watching in Poole area

It was a convenient base and a reasonable cost for exploring the Purbeck and Poole areas. /The accommodation was pleasantly and freshly decorated, clean and well equipped. An added bonus was the delightful patio, easily accessible from the lounge. The owners were very friendly and helpful

Helpful and generous owners - even had a bowl of fruit there as part of welcome essentials. Good location for touring Purbeck and rest of Dorset - situated on A-road but still quiet. Clean, light, nice.

A clean, cosy, comfortable bungalow.

A really pleasant stay, a few minutes from Poole. A great location for facilities, shops and places to visit and explore. The venue itself is clean and fresh and the host, Ian, had kindly supplied a number of provisions to help us settle in. He was also a very interesting and interested host, and helped out when necessary. A nice place to come back to, after a day out.
