On the 1st floor: a spacious, air conditioned and heating open plan living area, with a large and fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, washing machine, a SMEG fridge, a wonderful old wooden farm table and an original school blackboard to leave your messages or express your art! The L shaped leather sofa faces the terrace and TV area, and has a versatile industrial wall lamp above it. The terrace receives direct sun light from early morning to late afternoon, and is perfect for breakfast, lunch or alfresco dining. The original stone wall is a beautiful feature of the property, and it is fully lit from above for creating ambience.
On the 2nd floor: two quiet bedrooms with comfortable beds, heating and air conditioning, blackout shutters, and built-in wardrobes, overlook a narrow pedestrian alley. A subway tiled bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a guest toilet are situated opposite each bedroom. East orientation ensure calm, cool nights.
Peaceful and spacious: This is a spacious, bright, air conditioned, well decorated and stylish property with no traffic noise. The terrace is perfect for breakfast under the morning sun, and nice and cool in the evenings. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and face a quiet pedestrian street, ensuring a good night's sleep! Towels and bed linen are included. When booking for more than a week a 3h cleaning is included in the price rent. Being built on the slope of the mountain has the surprising effect of keeping a very pleasant temperature both in summer and winter. Car access to the front door, plenty of parking spaces available.
