Bungalow, detached house, ideal for holidays and fully equipped. Located in a traquila urbanization of the area south of San Pedro Alcantara municipo and just 100 meters from the beach where the boardwalk begins, and walking or cycling, you can easily rent, come to Puerto Banus. There are about beach clubs with swimming pool and famous restaurants as well as sports clubs. Supermarkets and banks are in the village which can be reached in 10 minutes walking.

Property excellent

The bungalow was beautiful well equipped clean and Javier was thoughtful in leaving water milk etc on arrival

The disappointment was san pedro was not what the andilucian website discribed it as the beaches were dirty the promonarde was dead and vastly ex pensive. The old town did not exist it was a large sprawling town

Overall I would not reommend san pedro but would NOT fault the bungalow

Nice Bungalow in prime location

I rented this bunglaow on behalf of my parents (aged 78 and 82) , who came together with me but wanted a place for themselves. They loved the apartment and told me the bed was really comfortable, and everything else was according to expectations. What you see in the pictures is what you get, but also there is a roof terrace with a little bit more wind during the hot mid-day. The garden, also with a parking area they didn't use, was a nice place to spend time during most of the day (mid-day it could become too hot due to no wind).

The street outside the gate is quiet, parking is possible and the neighbours were quiet and friendly. A 5 min walk away was the beach and the waterfront promenade, with a lot of bars and restaurants.

Javier is a very friendly host, and I will use this bungalow for future stays for family and friends.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus, perfekt für zu zweit :-) Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend, alles Nötige im Haus vorhanden und vorrätig, nah zur City und zum Strand und doch etwas ruhiger, da etwas ausserhalb. Sehr empfehlenswert *****

Just 150metros will be at the beginning of the promenade in San Pedro Alcantara with a length of nine kilometers can travel both on foot and by bicycle. Multitude of bars and restaurants along the promenade.

The area is a club paddle tennis and great prestige in the Costa del Sol also has a gym. Nearby, it is the largest saltwater pool Malaga, located next to the beach and exquisite club and restaurant frequented by famous people.

From the house, the nearest services such as supermarkets, pharmacies and other amenities are in the village. There is a big and beautiful avenue that will take you up there but if you have car would be ideal, as well as enjoy the surroundings and nearby, essential to visit villages.

Puerto Banus is located four kilometers and nautical areas there.

You will enjoy golf courses since most are concentrated between Marbella and San Pedro Alcántara.
