Modern, Light, 2 Bed Phase 1 Penthouse Fully Renovated in 2016

First time on the rental market from June 2016. A Phase 1 penthouse apartment with great views, pool on the doorstep and walking distance from the golf course and clubhouse,

Completely updated with new kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi , 43in HD TV, large private roof terrace with new Pergola,luxury seating area and dining for 4 , sunbeds & gas fired barbeque, perfect for watching the sun go down. A separate dining terrace from the lounge overlooks the pool area.

Lounge has Sat TV, DVD, movie library and IPOD dock. Every room has air conditioning. WiFi throughout, including the roof terrace..

Situated on phase 1 , bloque 8 of Roda golf.

Excellent beach with bars etc only 5 mins drive and shops and restaurants all on hand 2 mins drive.

We are flexible on dates of bookings but require weekend arrivals for stays of less than two weeks during the summer holidays.

We live in Harrogate in North Yorkshire and until last year, had a 3 bed apartment in the same phase at Roda that we used with the kids every year.

Our eldest is now at University and as a result we sold our apartment and moved to a penthouse on the same phase. The penthouse has now been fully renovated with everything new and has only been available for rental from June 2016

Why mark curtis chose San Javier

Quiet location but only 5 minutes walk to the main entrance and golf course.

Overlooks pools to one side and view of hills and cypress trees to the other.

Has combination of shaded seating areas and full sun all day ( and evening till dusk) if you want it.

What makes this apartment unique

Modernised apartment with all new features including WiFi throughout. Lift direct from car park to front door. Lockable gated entrance to apartment gives total security.

We enjoyed staying in the apartment and all it had to offer so much, that we have booked it again for a month next year. We enjoy self catering and doing our own cooking. The roof top terrace provides an ideal space for out door eating and we liked having our breakfast there. The local fish is very good and plentiful. we especially enjoyed nights in cooking freshly bought prawns in garlic and butter, l can almost smell them now 😎

First Class Apartment

We have just returned from this lovely apartment, we had an amazing time men played golf ladies lay in the sun.

This is a really top class apartment with everything you should need, we ate out most everyday just had breakfast and snacks at home , but kitchen and barbecue really first class for eating in.

Would recommend the clubhouse for their food it was excellent especially the menu del dia.

Would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone

Roof terrace amazing, all furniture and beds top quality what more can I say. Thanks for having us will be back

A great place to stay in a lovely location

My wife and I have just returned from this lovely apartment and we loved it so much that we are going back next year for a month.We especially liked the privacy of the roof top terrace, a great place for reading and relaxing in the sun. It is also a nice place to relax in the evening with a few cold beers and the barbecue is handy as well. The apartment it self was clean and modern, we loved the tiled floor and it contained everything we needed. We choose a self catering holiday because we enjoy cooking our own food. We did go out for breakfast a few times and found a place that did a Spanish breakfast which was delicious The local shops are within easy reach selling everything you need. They sell a great variety of fresh fish and the prawns are tasty and inexpensive. We liked cooking them at home in garlic and butter. l can almost smell them

What a beautiful appartment.

Just returned from Roda Golf and have to say that this appartment is top notch, very modern, bright and airy and the roof top terrace is the perfect place to spend the evenings, in fact we had planned to go in to Los Alcazares on a couple of evenings but this fell by the wayside as the terrace was such a relaxing place to be and the bbq a real added bonus!

It is clear that this property has recently been refurbished as the interior looks like a show appartment.

Ideally located to get arond the Murcia area and only 10 mins from the airport.

Highly recommended.

Luxury apartment

Clean and well stocked apartment. Great kitchen facilities and comfortable bedrooms.

Wonderful roof terrace with comfortable, modern furniture and in a great position overlooking the wonderful swimming pool below.

Clean linen and pool towels were a bonus, which saved having to bulk out suitcases.

The apartment was in a great position for all facilities on site and to the beach, shops and restaurants outside Roda resort. We will certainly be recommending the apartment to friends and family and would not hesitate to book again in the future.

Modern flat with fantastic roof terrace

Spent a lovely week and enjoyed all the facilities. Beach towels for the pool very welcome. Could have done with a table for meals on the balcony as quite difficult taking everything up to the roof terrace but that's just personal preference, highly recommended
