CROYDE GOLDSANDS OVERVIEW

A stylish and luxurious family bungalow located just off Moor Lane. It enjoys a prime location in a quiet private road, being only a few minutes walk from the golden sands of the Blue Flag accredited Croyde beach and a short walk from the pubs, restaurants and shops of this ‘chocolate box’ archetypal English village. This delightful property has been equipped to a high standard, the spacious accommodation has been attractively and lovingly decorated, a real home-from-home with a distinctive country cottage charm, contemporary and sophisticated yet comfortable and welcoming. The natural wood floors and doors lend a warm feel to this cosy holiday home. With off road parking for at least two cars, GOLDSANDS also benefits from a secluded and enclosed lawned rear garden with patio area and garden furniture, perfect for lazing around the barbeque.

LIVING AREAS

On entering GOLDSANDS you will discover the large double-glazed, tiled floor entrance porch houses a washing machine and provides an ideal room to store outdoor clothing and footwear.

Lounge:

Go through the double-glazed sliding doors into the entrance hall and guests are greeted with a feeling of warmth and calmness. The bright lemon shades on the walls complement the natural wood floor and door and allow the living room to flow seamlessly into the dining room. Light cascades through the rear patio doors into the comfortably furnished triple-aspect living room. 3 sofas provide ample seating, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm glow that radiates from the cast iron wood burner set on terracotta tiles in the wood beamed feature fireplace. The entertainment needs of both adults and children are well catered for, there is a large selection of toys, games, puzzles, books, VHS videos and DVD’s suitable for both. The hardware includes a flat screen TV, both VHS and DVD players, iPod dock with integrated CD player, plus a basic Sky package.

Diner:

The dining area boasts a large pine dining table, seating 8 plus a further children's play table, large doll’s house and several toy boxes. Two highchairs are also thoughtfully provided for the larger family.

The large, well stocked bookcase and pine corner unit contain videos, books and DVD’s.

Both rooms benefit from large doors that lead directly into the flat lawned rear garden.

KITCHEN

This well equipped room enjoys views over, and access to, the rear garden. It is modern and light, with clean lines. The cream shaker style kitchen units and brushed nickel handles tone well with the wood effect laminate work surface and solid wood floor, halogen spotlights add to the ambiance.
