This beautiful spacious double fronted, ground floor apartment has everything you need for short or long stay holidays, with many home comforts, not usually supplied in a holiday rental & a good supply of linen, towels & beach towels.

Free Internet available.

The kitchen is very well equipped & includes a washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic touch hob, extractor hood & slow cooker.

In addition there are many extras not usually found in a self catering rental property, including an iron, ironing board, clothes drier, hair drier, even alarm clock, to name just a few!.

There is a dining table with four chairs, also a high chair for baby/toddler.

The bathroom now has a large shower, instead of a bath (new in 2018) a hand wash basin & WC, also a mirror & cosmetic shelf.

The large double bedroom which leads onto the terrace, has a king sized bed, dressing table & bedside table, fitted wardrobes with ample cupboard storage space & a safe.

The lounge also opens onto the terrace. One large comfortable sofa & a bed settee (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children) is the lounge seating here.

A cot for baby is also available.

There is also a TV unit, shelved wall unit, coffee tables & floor lamps for mood lighting, also a TV, DVD player with a selection of Dvd's, Cd's & books.

About Andrea

I am a retired, disabled Farmers Wife. I have lived on farms all my life & certainly know what hard work is, originating from Dorset & moving to Somerset when I was 17.

We still live on my husband's farm in a small village but now he is semi retired & we enjoy spending several months of the year in Cyprus together.

We love Cyprus & the climate helps my disability.

Andrea purchased this apartment in 2006

Why Andrea chose Universal

The property is in a quiet area, on a small safe quiet complex, yet only a short walk from all amenities.

This certainly suits us & is suitable for many of our guests from the feed back we have received on Trip Advisor since changing to holiday rentals a couple of years ago

What makes this apartment unique

So close to Pambi's, yet not disturbed by noise.

Across the road are other facilities including a kiosk & small supermarket.

We always use apartments for our holidays some good some quite good but this is in the fantastic. No need to take any extras. Wifi excellent ,saved us a fortune (skype and emails) no need for data roaming on the mobile. Its not just the apartment that as to be taken into consideration but also the outside, the location, facilities out side and of course the facilities close by. Apartment, clean and very comfortable with a lovely arrival pack, to save that mad dash for the tea, coffee etc. The surrounding garden and pool area clean and relaxing giving the terrace (where we spent a lot of our time relaxing and eating) a nice degree of privacy. Local bus service cheap and reliable. Local Taverna and shops. We loved it all, it was a comfortable relaxing holiday, so we booked again to avoid disappointment.

A gem of an Apartment

This is a fantastic quiet Apartment with a very comfortable terrace overlooking the gardens and also the pool area. It is spotlessly clean with everything you need making it feel very homely. This is excellent if you want to stay somewhere quiet but can still walk down to the harbour or old town areas. The owner (Andrea) was exceptionally helpful ensuring that we were looked after and that we were enjoying our stay.

Catered for your every need. Well equipped in a great area

Lovely property, quiet and relaxing. Pool area nice. Don’t need a car but would benefit with small children or people who couldn’t walk far. Supermarket very close by. Handy for visiting lots of different places. Coral bay beach is lovely. Recommend this as a great place to stay.

Great place well located

Nine years since we were last in Pafos and very pleased to have found this gem. The apartment is part of a small complex with a central pool yards away from the patio. You can choose to be out by the pool enjoying the sun or step back into the shade of the patio. Minutes away are a very decent restaurant and a local market shop both with reasonable prices. The general location is in easy reach of the major road system making it an ideal base for exploring.

The apartment is equipped second to none.

Fabulous with all the comforts of home plus sunshine!

The apartment is in a small quiet complex with a swimming pool in the Universal area of Paphos, and is extremely well equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a teapot!

It’s a pretty good location with cafe/bar, a mini-market and a farm shop across the road, with the harbour area a comfortable 15 minute walk.

For driving, access to the major roads is easy if you follow the instructions given.

Great place😊

We know this area well and is the more preferred side of universal. We hired this place for a week. It's in a great position especially for the sun so you have the choice to sit by the pool or on the apartments patio. The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately when we were there it was cold but the apartment soon became lovely and warm. It has numerous shops around and close at hand. Good bus service. We really enjoyed our stay it was the first but definatly won't be the last. Yes I would reccomend.

Ideal winter retreat

I spent 4 months here during the coldest and wettest winter in 35 years. Despite the weather i had a wonderful time, this in part was due to the help and support of Andrea who could not do enough to help me. I was fortunate that i had a car and that November and February where hot and sunny. I have mobility difficulties but i could manage to get to the local Taverna and Kiosk using my walking sticks. The area is flat and within walking distance of the harbour for able bodied visitors. I intend to return to the property for next winter

Situated in the Universal Area of Kato Paphos, the apartment is situated on the second floor of the complex with private furnished roof terrace above & communal pools.

The airport is 15 mins away & taxi transfers can be arranged. Pambi's Restaurant & Bar is just across the road.

There are two kiosks within 100 yds of the apartment & a car rental office at the bottom of the road.

Take a leisurely stroll to the many bars, restaurants which cater for everyone, also, shops & the Harbour - if you prefer there is a regular bus service & the bus stop is outside the apartment complex. Welcome pack included. Car not necessary but useful for seeing more of the area.

Paphos is an all year round holiday destination, ideal for sun worshippers and water sports enthusiasts.

This is a charming west coast town focused around a picturesque Harbour lined with boats and pleasure craft. Boat trips can be arranged from here.

Activities and Sports close by:

*Walking & cycle Trails. *Golf *Good Nightlife Aqua Parc

The blue flag beach is a pleasant walk away.

The Troodos mountains can be reached easily by car, it is possible to ski and snowboard in the morning and go down to the beach to enjoy the many water-sports in the afternoon, these include scuba diving, jet skis, banana boats and paragliding. Jeep Safaris are available.
