Lovely home from home break

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for three nights with our children and dog in Brian and Gill's lodge 5. Upon arriving at the lodge we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious, clean and cosy it was. Everything was thought of, including dog treats/towel etc/torches for late night walks/bottle of wine chilling and mosquito spray. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for family meals. There was free wi-fi and netflix and the hot tub was the icing on the cake! Great reclining sofas and very comfortable beds. There is a lovely walk which the kids and dog really enjoyed, especially the tarzey! The lady who cleaned the lodge was very nice and gave us lots of information about the surrounding area for days out. We thoroughly enjoyed it and plan to book again during the winter months. On the day we packed up, our dog sat outside the door staring in - he didn't want to leave and neither did we!!

Wonderful

  • 5 of 5

What a fantastic place to stay! The cabin was extremely clean and well appointed and very comfortable for all 5 of us to stay in. We all loved the hot tub. We had a great time exploring the grounds of otterburn hall and enjoyed games of tennis in the disused tennis courts. What a fantastic way to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday.

The cabin was clean, well stocked and comfortable.

  • 5 of 5

Property was easy to find and being on the edge of the park it was fairly quiet and private. Everything you could want was in the lodge. Plenty of nice walks close by. The hot tub was lovely and was cleaned and checked every day. The squirrels and birds that came right onto the decking for the feeder were lovely. A great place for a few days relaxation away from any hustle and bustle. Lots of nice little touches in the lodge. Would definitely stay again.
