Casa Limonero is situated in what is considered to be the best area of Conil. Only 500 mtrs from the beach and little more than 5 minutes walking into the old town. It is a quite one way street, that in general is not too busy, even in the height of Summer. there is parking outside the house, but it is very busy in July and August.
The house has a possibility of sleeping 7 people, however if the 4th bedroom is not used it is fully equipped for an office or quite room. This room also has a large private balcony overlooking the gardens. Another double bedroom is downstairs and opposite a shower room. The second bedroom is a double with a small balcony, and the third is a double also. The bathroom upstairs has a bath tub, bidet and shower facilities.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons, plenty of storage space and good quality crockery and utensils.
The lounge is large, with a comfortable sofa and dining area. There is free WIFI, a flat screen TV attached to a Bluetooth sound bar. German satellite is available and UK channels can also be viewed with any device with internet connection.
The lounge leads onto a good sized private patio equipped with loungers and outside dining table. The patio leads on to a well kept communal garden. This area is private to the surrounding houses and secured by gates. This makes it a fabulous safe environment for children, and a great area to play boules, or croquet (games supplied).

Casa Limonera is in the neighbourhood of Atalaya. This area is well known for its unique location being close to the beach and local bars and restaurants, but also a very quite area of the village. Private parking and a safe area for children to play giving Mum and Dad some quite time is a BIG bonus. As many people now need to work a little whilst on holiday we have adapted one of the bedrooms so that it can be used as an office area.

Great vacation in Casa Limonera
We have been a week in Casa Limonera, and we loved it.
The house was very nice, clean and comfortable, it has everything you wish during your vacation.
April and Andrew are very kind people who helped us in every way they could. When we decide to go to conil again we certainly check if casa limonera is available.

The apartment is very well equipped, superb garden with lemon tree, only a few minutes to walk to the beautiful beach, through a nice park, and to the city. Parking in front of the house! Everything as described!

The Casa Limonera is a very tastefully furnished holiday home.
We felt as if we were staying in April and Andrews home. Nothing was missing. The reception by April and Andrew was very pleasant and very warmly. Thanks a lot for this.

Excellent, with every comfort for all seasons.
We stayed as a couple for 3 months at Casa Limonero from January through to the end of March. The house was a real home from home for us, and we were really comfortable, with plenty if space. Andrew and April have renovated the house perfectly with taste, and with their guests comfort in mind. They have thought of everything and always asked us for feedback, or if there was anything else needed to make our stay more comfortable. The house is perfectly situated for the beach and for the town, and with parking outside the property it is easy to unload the car. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Conil at anytime of the year. There is heating and a log burner and we were never cold. A beautiful house.
An Immaculate property, tastefully decorated and so convenient for the beaches and the town of Conil. Equipped with everthing you could wish for to make your stay perfect.
We were thrilled when we arrived at the holiday home, it was very spacious, modern and beautifully decorated. We really liked the fact there were 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one down. The house was immaculately clean and had everything you would need, the owners Andrew and April have thought of everything, also theyou were very friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this place, it is so well located for the beach, bars and restaurants. The outside area is great with a lovely big terrace for relaxing and dining. Can't wait to return!

We look forward to welcoming you to our property, however the following house rules must be observed. By reserving this property you are agreeing to the following set out below.... This property is for the rental of Family groups only. No groups of adults/youths under 30 years of age will be admitted. Passports will be required for check in at the property, as proof. If this condition is breached we will ask for immediate vacation of the property without compensation. The number of occupants in this apartment must not exceed seven people under any circumstances, if this condition is breached we will ask for immediate vacation of the property without compensation. On the day of arrival we will endeavour to have the apartment prepared by 16:00hrs, and possibly earlier. If you would like somewhere to leave your luggage whilst it is being prepared for you, please ask. On departure day we ask you depart the apartment by 10:00hrs in order for us to prepare it for incoming clients. Customers are responsible for keys of property whilst in their possession and we ask you to ensure you leave them in the apartment at the end of rental. We can not be held liable for any damages or injuries to persons or property belonging to any occupant. Parents are responsible for the supervision of children. Although we will offer all help where possible, no responsibility can be accepted by us for accidents occurring in and around the property. It will be the clients responsibility to keep all gates and doors locked when not in apartment. As this is a residential area, levels of noise need to be respectful.
