A two bedroom, two bathroom recently renovated cosy cottage with woodburner
- English, French, German, Dutch
Having been born and brought up abroad, I came to Holyport village in pursuit of playing polo having caught the bug in South Africa. I have owned three properties in the village as I love it and the community so much.
Elaine purchased this Cottage in 2011
Why Elaine chose Bray
Property rarely comes up for sale in this village as no one moves from here as its such a perfect location for London and Windsor while still having the tranquillity and community spirit of the village.
What makes this Cottage unique
Perfectly located in the village with two great pubs either end of the street who serve great food and beverages. The village is fantastically located for Windsor Castle, LEGOLAND, Bray ( The Fat Duck and The Waterside Inn)and London ( 19mins train ride). It has a sunlit court yard with comfy seating at the back and a lovely wood burner for the winter months. It has been recently renovated in a contemporary style but keeping the cottage's original features. It has a well equipped kitchen along with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave.

Reunion trip to the UK
Returning to the UK after 50 years, this lovely cottage in a delightful village met all our needs. A very good location for visiting in the London and Windsor areas. We enjoyed many meals at the local pubs in the area.
Beautiful cottage. Extremely well equipped and comfortable. The village is a lively location.
Easy to book and excellent communication.
Comfortable Cottage, Excellent Location
We stayed here last year and liked it so much that we booked it again for this year. Although part of the reason for choosing it was it's proximity to Heathrow, the location has a lot more going for it: Holyport is a delightful village, there is easy access to many things to do, great restaurants (e.g. Bray), etc. The cottage is well maintained, comfortable and quiet. All in all a very nice stay.
This cosy cottage was tastefully decorated and well equipped. It was clean, quiet and quality.
It has a great kitchen but the convenient location and walking distance to pubs/restaurants was also appreciated.
Very nice, cosy little house
We are a family of 4 that stayed 2 nights in the cottage. Very nicely decorated with a wood fire. Several nice pubs within walking distance.
This cottage is delightful. In a lovely village, comfortable and well equipped. Don’t hesitate!!!
We stayed at this cottage over Christmas, myself, my husband and our 16 year old son. The log burner helped to add to the cosy feel and we found it very relaxing. The area is well known to us and we were there to visit family and friends. With two bathrooms and spacious bedrooms we felt we made a great choice and would certainly book again. We have a large car and we were able to park it in the parking area in front of the property, very useful. The small court yard garden would be lock-in the warmer months and accessed from a spacious well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the whole cottage was nice and clean. Thank you to our host Elaine we were happy we stayed at your property.
