This luxurious modern apartment is part of a new development in the sought after town of Westward Ho! Situated on the cliffs above the beach, this 2 bedroom apartment has been designed to take full advantage of breathtaking views over Bideford Bay, Saunton Sands and Lundy Island. This holiday home, in the Horizon View complex offers unrivalled sea views from every angle and the fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard. An added benefit is secure underground parking for 1 car. Just a short stroll away are all the amenities that Westward Ho! has to offer, including a championship golf course, horse riding, tennis, cliff top walks, shops, pubs and restaurants. Within a short driving distance are the quaint villages of Hartland, Clovelly, Appledore, Instow and the historic market town of Bideford. This is the perfect seaside apartment for families, couples or friends.

LIVING AREAS

The living area is reached via a hallway, which leads into a large open plan living area comprising the lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge contains two brown leather sofas, a coffee table, and a unit holding the TV and DVD player. Floor to ceiling windows are the focus of this room, the views are outstanding. The dining table, seating 6, does not impose on the rest of the room, and is perfect for dining and entertaining. Sliding doors lead out onto a balcony.

KITCHEN

HORIZON VIEW has a high quality modern kitchen with a black and white theme. Appliances include a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all other essential kitchen utensils. A large utility cupboard in the main hallway contains a washing machine and tumble drier.

BEDROOMS

The master bedroom, with en-suite shower room and WC, has floor to ceiling windows with views out to the sea. A door opens onto the balcony area, offering panoramic sea views. This bedroom contains a pine king-size bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, a large fitted wardrobe and a TV.

The second bedroom contains 2 pine single beds, a fitted wardrobe, bedside tables, reading lamps, a thick carpet, stylish furnishings and a radio/iPod docking station.

BATHROOM

The classic bathroom contains a bath with shower overhead, handbasin and WC.

The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and WC.

Bath towels are provided.

OUTDOORS

From the lounge step through glass sliding doors onto the private balcony, with unrivalled sea views. A pretty blue mosaic table and 4 chairs are provided for you to dine al fresco or simply to enjoy the sunshine and sea air.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with stunning views

A very clean, well equipped, looked after property with amazing views. We felt at home as soon as we got there. The property is in a fantastic location surrounded by many good restaurants and shops. Waking up each morning to the sea outside your window, and watching the tides change throughout the day was very relaxing. We have highly recommended this property to everyone we have spoken to and will definately be returning.

CYCLE TO - The charming fishing villages of Appledore and Instow, as well as the town of Bideford. Keen cyclists can cycle to Barnstaple and beyond, following the Tarka Trail.

DRIVE TO - The surrounding area has much to offer. Within driving distance is Atlantic Village outlet shopping centre, Tapeley Park, Instow, Appledore, The Big Sheep, Dartington Crystal, Clovelly, Bucks Mills, The Milky Way adventure park and the historic market town of Bideford with its open-air and pannier markets. Just a short hop over the Torridge is the large market town of Barnstaple with all high street conveniences, cinema, theatre, museums, and pannier market. From Barnstaple one is in easy reach of many magnificent North Devon blue-flag beaches including Croyde, Woolacombe, Saunton Sands, Braunton Burrows and Putsborough all famous surf spots.
