About the property

This is a 3 bedroomed farmhouse rental comprising of a large entrance hallway, a lounge, a dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suit shower room, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and an ensuite shower room. 1 shower room. The house has all the amenities required ie fridge freezer, dish washer, all the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils, fans for all the rooms, television, dvd player and internet. Totally private garden which is not overlooked and a swimming pool for your exclusive use only. The owner lives in a self contained apartment upstairs but will not be using the pool at all and will be there to maintain the property as is required.

I am an artist and photographer. I live in a self contained apartment within the property but the rental property is completely private and not overlooked and the pool is for your total private use only.

Great rural family holiday

A lovely old Spanish farmhouse in a quiet rural location surrounded by farmland. The farmhouse is spacious and well equipped for a family holidayou with a lovely patio area with a bow and a good size pool. A car is essential if staying here as it is at least 15 minster drive into the centre of Albox. The owner, Linda, was very welcoming but unobtrusive during our stay. We are had a lovely weeks stay and would recommend this accommodation to others who enjoy a peaceful relaxing location.

Cortijo Linda is located in a beautiful setting with panoramic views all around. It is suitable for those people who like a peaceful tranquil holiday away from the hectic coastal resorts. The garden is completely private and not overlooked and the gazebo will shade you from the hot summer sun during the summer months. If you drive for 50 minutes you can visit the beaches of the Almeria province and also the beautiful lake negratin which has a very good restaurant. For the children a good day out can be had at Mini Hollywood where there is also a small zoo. Another day out for the children can be had at the Vera Waterslide Park not to missed by the adults too. There are many picturesque white typical andalucian villages in the nearby vacinity. The coastal town of Mojacar is a popular seaside resort which is 50 minutes drive away and the old part of the town nestled on the hilltop is very quaint and picturesque.
