Large town house just off the top of the high street in quaint Broadstairs town, next door to a spacious family park with Tennis and Green Bowling Club.

Just a 5 minute walk from the beach and all the attractions of Broadstairs including excellent award winning restaurants and bars, micro-breweries and shops.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 single, extensive facilities including galley kitchen, open plan conservatory, enclosed gardens with two seating areas, enough for children and dogs to play comfortably, secluded and with barbecue/eating areas.

There are two comfortable lounges with leather sofas, one with large screen flatscreen TV, wireless Broadband through the house, log effect fireplaces, games consoles and modern furniture.

Large Conservatory and dining room suitable for 6 people.

Fantastic location

We stayed in Broadstairs to attend the Broadstairs food Fair. The property was ideally situated and perfect for out two springer spaniels who loved the park across the road. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the conservatory where we were able to eat out meals overlooking the lovely garden.

Fab Holiday

This property is a great find, especially as dog friendly accommodation in central Broadstairs seems to be a rarity. A lovely large airy house with a great garden, parking on road at side, ask Peter about permit if you intend to leave car all day as there is a 4 hour limit. Two minutes from the station so ideal if you travel down by train as there is plenty to do without the car. Little park next door ideal for walking the dog. 10 mins to sea front downhill so up hill on way back!, lots of shops bars etc, fantastic sandy beach but beware not dog friendly in high season - Dumpton Gap is the doggy beach a good 30 mins walk along sea wall but watch the tide as it come right up, Louisa Bay on the way has a cafe and you can sit on the prom or rent a beach hut, so still plenty of sea air to be had. Property has everything you might need, plenty of space to lose each other, plenty of seating, well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer washing machine (does need a washing line though), great TV with sky and broadband - in fact if you haven't guessed I love Broadstairs, and we had a fantastic week, even the weather was good. I hope to go back again this year, that's if Peter will have us, so highly recommend to you all.

Super Holiday Rental!

Surpassed our expectations, starting with Peter's warm hospitality and helpfulness! Super kid friendly with a wonderful garden, for eating outside, grilling, and just relaxing with a park across the street. Short walk to the beach and downtown made it an ideal spot. The house was roomy, clean, and cozy so you will quickly feel right at home. I'd recommend this house to anyone, and Broadstairs is a neat town, especially during the Folk Week in August :)!

A fantastic experience !

A really lovely house with a warm homely feel. The care and attention from the owner was really appreciated (warm welcome, easy communication, generous) ! .

The house has everything you could possibly need for your stay (decent interior, fully equipped kitchen, dreamy garden, excellent location, generous space etc).
