Comfortable 4 bedroom family beach cottage on a large bay side corner lot with generous jalousie window screened porch at one end and deck with bay view at the opposite end. Located in the heart of Fenwick, it is walking distance to the wide, white sand Atlantic Ocean beach and to area attractions.
Start your day with a cup of coffee on the sunny deck and then head to the beach. A parking permit is available for your convenience so you can park at the access and then head over the dune to take your beach gear to the shore, pitch your umbrella and enjoy your picnic lunch. The lifeguards are on duty and there is lots of sand and surf to play in. Pack up and head home for an outside shower to rinse off (hot and cold water). Miniature golf, water slides and jet ski rentals are just a walk away. Have dinner in or take an easy stroll to one of the great restaurants in this quiet resort town. Or, you can get a permit from the Town Hall and have an evening bonfire on the beach.
Clean well kept property, Owners are great and very responsible. Had a great week with a little rain. We will try to rent again.
This was our second year renting property. It's nothing fancy but it's clean and comfortable. Can't beat the location - walk to shops and dining.
My family and I fell in love with the place and wished we didn't have to leave. Loved the house and the location, which the home could be ours. That is just what my husband and I have been searching for. Hopefully we can do the same thing next year.

We loved this cottage! We are a family of 4 with other family and friends staying in the area. Plenty of room for 13 of us to hang out during a rainy evening playing games, air conditioners worked great, within walking distance of beach, shops, putt putt. Quiet, safe location.
The decor is dated but it was clean and comfortable. More spacious than it seems from the photos. Air conditioners were a life saver with the heat index near 100 during our stay. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed. The location is really ideal - walkable to just about everything in Fenwick. Owners were very responsive when we had a slight hiccup trying to find the place - the street signs are just a little bit confusing at first.
We enjoyed our stay. There were 8 people, 4 adults and 4 kids and it was comfortable. It was the right price and within walking distance to all that we wanted.
