A luxury inflatable airbed can be used in the Lounge to provide a "6th Bedroom" taking the total occupancy to 14.
There are two large wet rooms, a massive lounge and a passenger lift between floors.
The large farmhouse style kitchen has a huge table and cooking facilities which can easily accommodate a party of 12-14. An additional feature is the rise and fall hob and sink unit as well and wheelchair accessible ovens, fridge, dishwasher and storage units.

The house is fully adapted for disability. Additional equipment include X-Y ceiling hoists, profiling beds (one with the option of cot sides) in two of the bedrooms and a closomat toilet, hi-low changing table and X-Y ceiling hoist in one of the wet rooms. Two sizes of shower chair and a standing frame are available and all the rooms, including the wet rooms, are big enough to allow excellent manoeuvrability.
To the rear of the property is a courtyard garden and patios with covered BBQ area and outdoor furniture. Since the house backs onto the castle grounds and adjoining park there is plenty of scope for enjoying a play-park, playing fields and pleasant wheelchair accessible riverside walks along the local section of the Annandale way.
