This opportunity will allow you to come and take "a breath of fresh air" in an "exceptional property" while discovering Saint-Malo.
Its breathtaking landscapes, its beaches, its gastronomy, Brittany as we like to experience it.

Regarding the apartment itself, you will be welcomed in a superb 3-bedroom apartment of 60 M2 located in the 5 * residence of "Grand Sillon" facing the large beach of Saint-Malo where you will benefit from underground parking with a private box which is an undeniable ASSET and how IMPORTANT.
The residence is completely secured by digicode and audio - video intercom.
You will be 15 meters from the beach, from the balconies of the apartment you will have the impression of overlooking the sea.
The apartment opens onto a FANTASTIC sea view:
- on your left Saint-Malo Intra-Muros.
- in front of you appears the open sea
- on your right towards Paramé extends the Breton coast.
You can go to Saint-Malo intramural by strolling, because the city is only 700m away.

The apartment consists of:
- An entrance with wardrobe
- A large living room
- A balcony equipped with armchairs to take full advantage of the sea view and the sun.
- A fully equipped kitchen: (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc.).
- A cooking island with ceramic hobs and extractor hood.
The island has been installed so that you can see the sea while cooking.

2 rooms await you:
- The first with a large 160 bed and a chest of drawers.
- The second with 2 single beds and a cupboard.
From this room you can access a balcony which will offer you a breathtaking view.
- The beds of the two bedrooms are equipped with duvets, the bedding is of perfect quality.
- A chair and a cot are also available.
- You will also have a living room with sofa and armchair + large flat screen TV.
An orange Box allows the reception of all French and International channels.
You can enjoy a secure internet connection and Wifi system.

The bathroom area is composed of a bath, shower and towel dryer and is equipped with a washing machine with built-in dryer.

- Concerning the toilets, they are separated from the bathroom and are equipped with a washbasin with hot water, cold water.
- the apartment is equipped with a VMC for your comfort without any noise nuisance.
- The quality of the "triple glazing" insulation gives the apartment perfect soundproofing.
- An elevator will take you from the ground floor to the second floor of the residence, it will also allow you to go to the secure underground car park (opening by remote control), where a closed box is at your disposal.
- Linen is not provided, but following numerous requests, an optional linen service has been set up.
The complete kit offered consists of:
- duvet cover
- pillowcase
- sheet house
- napkin
- bath towel
- shower mat
- tea towel.
The cost of this kit is 40€ per person and will be paid upon your arrival by check or cash.

You will find various shops, pharmacy, doctor's surgery and restaurants within a radius of 700 meters.

We are convinced that our apartment, which is practically on the beach, will meet all your expectations with its location, its comfort, its functionality and its decoration which encourages travel while maintaining the holiday spirit.

As soon as you arrive, you will also be able to appreciate the quality of the residence from the entrance hall, which will allow you to access the elevator which opens onto the cozy corridors of the residence, before arriving in the warmth and comfort of the apartment.

The traveler will be seduced by the proximity of the Corsair city of Saint-Malo, with its ramparts built by Vauban, where you can reach on foot without effort "Promenade just Fantastic"

You will walk along the sea for 700 meters, the place will bewitch you with its tides that you will experience live twice a day.

Wonderful location in Saint-Malo
Perfect location literally on Sillon beach - you can do long walks on the beach and along the promenade. Loads of pleasant restaurants and shopping opportunities close by. Walled old town is in walking distance. Apartment is in a modern block and is very well laid out. Communication with the owners and reception/check-in was easy and friendly.

Wohnung in idealer Lage mit kleinen Abstrichen
Wir wurden von der Putzfrau in Empfang genommen und eingewiesen, da unser Vermieter verhindert war. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ca. 12 J. alten Gebäude mit Tiefgarage und Fahrstuhl. Die zugewiesene Garage war leider zu klein (seitlich und von der Höhe) für unseren Mittelklasse-SUV, wir bekamen glücklicherweise einen anderen Parkplatz zugewiesen. Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist prima, auf den ersten Blick war alles sauber und ordentlich. Zur Unterkunft gehören 2 kleine Balkone, von denen man einen seitlichen Meerblick durch die Häuserreihen hat. Die Wohnunseinrichtung ist grds. gut, die Küche ist mit sehr guten Geräten ausgestattet. Das innenliegende Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne in der auch geduscht werden kann. Beleuchtung/Fugen/Dusch-abtrennung können sicherlich noch optimiert werden. Im WZ großer Flachbildschirm, allerdings nur frz. Programme (+2 engl. Sender). Die sonst üblichen deutschen Programme müssen n.R. mit dem Vermieter (der bei unserem Aufenthalt leider nicht immer zu erreichen war) extra bestellt und bezahlt werden. Uns hat eine Informationsmappe und ein Kleiderschrank mit Kleiderstange gefehlt. Auf Empfehlung des Vermieters haben wir den Putz- und Utensielenschrank im Flur ausgeräumt und konnten die dortige Kleiderstange nutzen.
