You will be welcomed in a superb flat T3 of 60 m2 located in the residence 5 * of Grand Sillon facing the "Grande Plage" of Saint Malo ".

You are 15 meters from the beach, balconies you will feel to overhang the sea.

- on your left Saint Malo Intra-Muros.

- in front of you appears the open sea

- on your right is the Breton coast

You can go to St Malo intramuros while strolling, because the city is distant only of 700m.

  • To increase the privacy and comfort to the maximum the toilet is separate from the bathroom. There is a hand basin with hot and cold water A bath you can relax after your long walks. We have installed a large mobile glass protection on the bath so you can showering in comfort. A basin with cupboard are available. An electric wall heater will bring you a soft heat in the bathroom and hot towels. In the bathroom to also put at your disposal a washing machine with incorporated dryer

  • One room is equipped with a 160 bed, a dresser made of wood of old ships is available, a large bay makes it very clear and allows you to enjoy the sea view. Two bedside lamps allow you to find a place very "cozy" evening. The other bedroom has two beds of 90 (we can add a 90 bed 3em in this room. bedside lamps and a central discreet lighting allow you went about your activities in this quiet space. A large closet is available as well as a baby bed. You can access from this room to a balcony where you will feel overlooked the sea and dominate the elements. Regarding sleeping: The mattresses are of excellent quality and new "their manufacturing is French guarantee of quality and comfort."

Je rejoins les commentaires precedents; tout est pour le mieux, nous avons rarement eu une location avec une cuisine aussi bien équipée ; Tout est neuf! Communication facile avec les propriétaires et gde disponibilité à signaler aussi : nous avons fait le check in après 21:00 le soir car nous arrivions très tardivement avec le TGV de CDG et cela n'a posé aucun pb; Garage souterrain à dispo en plus; à recommander. Super appartement

Très bel appartement, très propre, et surtout bien situé sur la plage du sillon.Il est près d intra-muros, les marchés ne sont pas loin, tout peut se faire à pied.Et le parking sous-sol très pratique.Très bon accueil de la part du Monsieur qui nous a reçus, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. A recommander fortement.

Appartement très agréable dans une très belle résidence, accueil très chaleureux et professionnel. Appartement très bien situé, belle vue mer de côté, intramuros facilement accessible à pied, la belle plage du sillon juste en face, tout pour plaire.
