You will be welcomed in a beautiful T3 60 m2 apartment located in the beautiful residence 5 * Grand Furrow facing the beach of Saint Malo.

You are 15 meters from the beach, balconies you will feel to overhang the sea.

The apartment opens onto a FANTASTIC sea view:

- In front of you appears the open sea

- On your right stretches the Breton coast

You can walk to St Malo Intra Muros strolling the city is distant only 700m.

The apartment includes:

- An entrance with wardrobe

- A large living room where you can dine.

- A balcony with chairs to enjoy the sea and sun.

- A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, ...).

- A cooking island with ceramic hobs and extractor fan.

The island was installed to see the sea while cooking.

There are also around this island of bar chairs that allow you to dine in an original way and comfortable while still enjoying the incredible sea view.

  • To increase the privacy and comfort to the maximum the toilet is separate from the bathroom. There is a hand basin with hot and cold water A bath you can relax after your long walks. We have installed a large mobile glass protection on the bath so you can showering in comfort. A basin with cupboard are available. An electric wall heater will bring you a soft heat in the bathroom and hot towels. In the bathroom to also put at your disposal a washing machine with incorporated dryer

  • One room is equipped with a 160 bed, a dresser made of wood of old ships is available, a large bay makes it very clear and allows you to enjoy the sea view. Two bedside lamps allow you to find a place very "cozy" evening. The other bedroom has two beds of 90 (we can add a 90 bed 3em in this room. bedside lamps and a central discreet lighting allow you went about your activities in this quiet space. A large closet is available as well as a baby bed. You can access from this room to a balcony where you will feel overlooked the sea and dominate the elements. Regarding sleeping: The mattresses are of excellent quality and new "their manufacturing is French guarantee of quality and comfort."

Super appartement

Très bel appartement, très propre, et surtout bien situé sur la plage du sillon.Il est près d intra-muros, les marchés ne sont pas loin, tout peut se faire à pied.Et le parking sous-sol très pratique.Très bon accueil de la part du Monsieur qui nous a reçus, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. A recommander fortement.

Appartement très agréable dans une très belle résidence, accueil très chaleureux et professionnel. Appartement très bien situé, belle vue mer de côté, intramuros facilement accessible à pied, la belle plage du sillon juste en face, tout pour plaire.
