You will discover its charming villages, its museums and regional products (pâtés, foie gras, goat cheese, sheep or cow, Gaillac wine ... ..) These products you can taste during hiking (150km of footpaths , 200km bike marked trails). You can also browse the Ségala by car on country roads and visit the discovery tours of the sites (minor peasants ride, nature trail, water path, path from the valley of the Crusades ... ..).
