Tolle Lage mit Potential für Ausbau

Ein wunderschön gelegenes, privat genutztes Objekt, sehr hell, sehr ruhig und mit breiter Fensterfront, die den großartigen Blick auf den gegenüberliegenden Wald ermöglicht. Hier lassen sich auch viele Tiere wie Rehe und Wildschweine beobachten, die des Nachts sogar bis an das Haus herankommen. Allerdings hat das interessante und schön geschnittener Haus seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Hier müsste mal in größerem Umfang renoviert werden. Auch die Ausstattung ist insgesamt eher dürftig, hier müsste ebenfalls aufgestockt werden. Auch wäre es schön, wenn die großzügige Terrasse mit etwas bequemeren Sitzmöbeln versehen werden würde. Alles in allem fehlt ein wenig die liebevolle Note, die den Preis des Objekts rechtfertigt.

Stylish villa with a fantastic view

This is a beautiful house with a fantastic view. It feels like no one is around although Arcachon is not far away. The house is well equiped and Astrid was a very helpful host. The pool is not very big but good enough to cool down and enjoy the view. There are 4 sleeping rooms of whom one is a newly built cabin with a saparate bath and toilet. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend the house!

Superbes vacances

Nous avons séjourné entre amis avec un bébé dans cette très belle villa. La vue est magnifique et la pièce de vie très agréable. La piscine est petite mais conviviale. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Seul bémol : beaucoup d’insectes (araignées, moustiques et frôlons) et absence de volets et rideaux.
