Master bath has double sinks and large walk-in glass block shower with bench. Living room flat screen is equipped with DVR to record your favorite tv shows during your stay. There are 2 community pools onsite in this gated complex.

Great Vacation!

We are long time Hilton Head visitors but had not stayed in this condo before. The condo was extremely well appointed and the views from the balcony, kitchen, master bedroom and living room were the best we've had in our years of coming to the island. The owner was accommodating and easy to work with. We'd been worried that there was damage from the hurricane, but aside from some downed trees in various parts of the island, it was like it had never been there. We got up and walked on the beach early every morning to watch a beautiful sunrise. Weather was warm enough each day to go without a jacket in the afternoon. We're already planning a trip back this fall, as the condo and location were perfect for our group.

Location, location, location!

Right on the beach with a huge balcony with prime ocean view incl 2 lounge chairs and a large table where we dined al fresco every night listening to the waves. Spring tidal shifts expose @300 ft of pristine white sand every day so we enjoyed great shell collecting (rescued a dozen star fish) and riding bikes on the beach along with the dog walkers. The beach was never crowded, at times it felt like our own private stretch.We even saw dolphin from the balcony one morning!

The decor is a little dated but so comfortable and functional it was well worth the accessibility to Sea Pines amenities and sun rise beach walks. Complex has good bike storage. A little hard to find in the dark of our late arrival. Park at Sea House West. My teenagers rode bikes to Harbor Town for tennis and pool (access included with stay). Piggly Wiggly grocery in Coligny Circle was easy place to stock up the well appointed kitchen. Owner was great to work with and mgmt company supplied all the staples (paper towels, soap etc). We can't wait to return!

Beautiful

My family and I stayed here last October for a week. It was during the biggest rainfall ever recorded and flooding was happening all over the state and the south. We still enjoyed ourselves in spite of it raining every single day and were able to sit outside on the covered balcony and play cards and watch the ocean and all that was going on with the weather. We managed to get in a day of golf, bike riding and running on the beach and on the final day the sun came out and we were at the beach from sunrise till sunset. We loved the condo. It was very tastefully decorated with attractive, comfortable furnishings, granite kitchen with upscale appliances. We appreciated the good bedding for a restful sleep. The owner is very responsive and was so nice to work with throughout and also when we needed to extend our stay due to travel warnings not to travel on I-95. We were so relieved not to have to move somewhere else. The views are wonderful from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom with two additional bedrooms that do not have an ocean view but are large and comfortable with additional bathrooms. We enjoyed the great location and fantastic view of the ocean and watching all the people walk their dogs or just walking on the beach, there were die hards that sat on the beach under umbrellas even in the rain which in some cases was very entertaining.. Walk next door to the beautiful new Sea Pines Beach Club for a drink, lunch or dinner and there is always something going on there. I like the small apparel and gift shop and small item grocery. I always look for updated accommodations and something that is nearly equal to or exceeds my own home. When rents are high, expectations are high and I feel this owner rose to the occasion.
