Beautifully redone (in 2014) 4000 sf farmhouse ideally located south of the highway in Sagaponack. Right in the middle of everything...easy access to EH, BH and Sag Harbor. Light, bright interiors. Top of the line kitchen. 4 bedrooms: master with king and ensuite bath, guest with queen, guest/kids room with 2 twins and a couch area and ensuite bathroom, room with twin and a crib. Cable TV, wifi, and central AC. House is set on 2 well-landscaped flat acres and is two doors from a farm stand and about 1.5 miles from the beach (you can ride your bike straight down Sagg Main street to the beach). Outdoor shower and screened porch. Heated pool and jacuzzi (46x20), Viking grill in BBQ area. The house has a more open layout and an easier flow than most homes of a similar vintage.

About Dave Leyrer and Alicia Tranen

We live in Los Angeles and use the house in from mid-June when school gets out until the end of July. We use the house to keep up with old friends from the East Coast and to experience the quintessential Summer experience. We love the central location as it allows us to routinely move from Southampton to Amagansett.

Tasteful, great location, clean, uncluttered vibe. Open floorplan and patio/yard make it a great place to entertain. Extremely central location. If you know the Hamptons you know the light in Sagaponack is amazing and that this location enables a visitor to use many of the towns with a minimum of traffic headaches. Close to our favorite beaches...townline, gibson and sagg main. Breakfast burritos at Sagg Store are within walking distance!

What makes this house unique

Before we bought the house we rented in the area. The rentals often had dated decor, odd layouts and obvious shortcomings that we endured because we love the area so much. This house is just easy in every way. Our caretaker, who lives less than a half mile away, grew up in the house (before additions) and is available to help with anything required.
