In the heart of Grand Bay, but protected by its walled enclosure, this contemporary villa guarantees the privacy of its guests. One gateway communicates with the outside. Life revolves around a large swimming pool on which opens all the rooms. From the discreetly luxurious and elegant decoration exudes a sense of serenity.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite. Two of the rooms have a small private garden with outdoor shower in addition. Across the road, 50 meters away a private fenced area, which houses the owner's boat, gives an exclusive access to the lagoon.
I am a close friend of the owner of this villa. I own personally 2 holiday villas in Mauritius and I occupy my time renting them to holidaymakers. I also manage the rental of several villas belonging to our family and to close friends, the payments being made to each individual owner. The villa Paprika is one of these. This occupation keeps me active and allows me to socialize with tenants worldwide. I am the proud father of four daughters and the eldest is the one who is with me on my presentation photo. I am a retired Managing Director. My ancestor on the side of my father landed on the island in 1762 and, on my mother's side, I am the eldest of the descendants of the English officer who conquered the island in 1810 from the French. I look forward to the pleasure of welcoming you in Mauritius. See you soon! Francis Masson.

This place is immaculate. I would recommend it to all my friends. Noella and Mala are fantastic. Always happy, and so very helpful. If we needed anything, it was never a problem. The standard of the property impeccable. It was all that we wished for and much more. It will be difficult to ever find a stay this great elsewhere, Villa Paprika has set a very high standard. Thank you all for making our stay so special.
