We offer private folding chairs, a beach umbrella, swim boards, inflatable & foam pool floats for guests to take to the beach. The beach gear can be placed anywhere you desire. We just ask that you please rinse them off and return them to the condo daily and once your stay concludes so future guests also can enjoy them.

This condo has been updated by a local Florida interior decorator. It has the perfect Florida vacation vibe with a family friendly layout. You will be relaxing within minutes of unloading luggage.

Unlike most properties on the island, this condo features carpet for comfort and safety. There are (3) LCD TVs -- living room and one in each bedroom. The ample kitchen is fully furnished with amenities of home. There are (2) full bathrooms, including a master bath in the back bedroom. The spacious master bedroom features a King bed (as of April 2017) and reading chair plus very large closets augmented by a large dresser unit. The front bedroom also has (2 as of April 2017) Queen beds and features a closet and a large dresser unit.

The unit has a south-facing patio that receives incredible amounts of sun year round. Unlike other condos on Siesta, the sun is never blocked here by nearby high-rises. The space surrounding the patio is referred to as a 'garden setting' and offers seclusion and privacy that units near pools and heavy-traffic walkways do not. The patio is protected from the wind too. On cool or breezy days our patio will feel 10-20 degrees warmer than the beach. We have (2) lounge chairs, (2) drink tables, and (2) regular chairs outside for use. Should you feel like grilling, there is a very large gas grill located nearby for community use.

The property is on the gulf side of the island so there is no need to cross any streets or deal with parking hassles. You simply have a short walk through the garden via sidewalk to the beach. Don't feel like the beach, there are also (3) pools on the property. The closest pool is also the warmest.

Guest will love the convenient parking directly at the door of the unit. No need to haul luggage and groceries up stairs or bother with elevators, as you are steps from the entry. The condo includes space for two vehicles. Guest parking is available nearby too. There is a coin-operated laundry room for guest use too.

Our family has been coming to the Jamaica Royale for over 30 years and owned this condo since 2000. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The nearby Siesta Village offers good food and entertainment. The island has a system of 'free' taxis where drivers work for tips. It makes getting around remarkably simple.

Our family has been coming to Siesta Key for (3) decades and spending time on the unbeatable sand beaches here. The condo was purchased in about 2000 and has undergone (3) updates since that time. We vacation here 6-8 weeks annually and enjoy having a beautiful modern space. The condo is owned by my parents (Nancy and Phil), and I manage the VRBO website on their behalf.

Warm, welcoming, spacious retreat!

It was wonderful.

The location and the property were excellent. The unit contained everything you could want. Mr. Gilpin made every effort to be sure we

had everything we needed, and/or wanted. The most impressive thing, however, was how professional Mr. Gilpin was in handling the rental.

Starting with the reservation and ending with the prompt return of our deposit, and his extremely prompt responses to any inquiry. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Excellent location- Great Condo!

You will not go wrong renting this unit. This is our second year here and we could not be happier with our choice. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are large and comfortable with a master bath off the master bedroom and another bathroom directly across from the other very large bedroom. Both bedrooms have two beds-a queen and a double in each--comfortable beds with plenty of drawer space and closets for clothes. We were traveling as two couples so there was more than enough room for us to be together and still have some privacy as each bedroom has its own TV in addition to the one in the living room. The walk to the beach is lengthy but the walk can be avoided If you use the guest parking at the beach, if needed. The three pools are all heated and welcoming if there are days when the wind becomes too much on the beach. There is parking for two cars right outside your door and a patio with unlimited sun all day. The owners are fantastic to deal with and James Gilpin just could not be more responsive. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a wonderful, relaxing FL vacation.

As anticipated..nothing is perfect, but its flaws were easy to ignore

Everything was great...VERY large bedrooms. The bath in the master is renovated and is lovely. The kitchen is nicely sized for the size of the unit..a plus for moms! The walk to the beach was a bit lengthy, but LOVE that we didn't have to cross the road and mess with parking. LOVE the pools situated between the beach and us. Condos could sure benefit from "staples" being available in the kitchen (sugar, salt, spices), but I can understand why that isn't possible. All in all, very pleased with the experience. GREAT interaction with the owner..I highly recommend using this site to work directly with him. He is responsive, fair and very accommodating!

Really nice condo!

We had a wonderful time despite the weather! It was very cool but with the patio facing the sun all day, it felt 15-20 degrees warmer on the patio. Accommodations were wonderful- very clean and well maintained, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and I could not have asked for a more relaxing vacation. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach but because it was cooler, we didn't mind. It kept us out of the cooler winds coming off the Gulf. The Owner is very responsive and extremely helpful. There is not a thing in their description of the property that is not true! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing Florida vacation.

Perfect!

This condo is in a super location within easy walking distance of one of the best beaches in all of Florida. It was super CLEAN, well appointed/furnished and had everything you could need. Siesta Key beach is one of the most beautiful we have seen and we vacation all over the place and have seen all of Florida. This spot puts you right into what feels like your own little slice of private beach. Great stay will be back!
