The bedrooms have blackout curtains. Set between two natural refuges and the sea, the Palm Mar residential area has a convenient location. Palm Mar is fully residential, there are no hotels, clubs, or traffic. This is a perfect place for those who want to be close to everything and enjoy this peaceful, elegant, exclusive, and sought-after area. It is only 10 minutes' drive from the tourist centres of Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Tenerife South Airport is 10 km away. Both the local police and constant private security patrol the Palm Mar area.

Here you will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants, a bank, etc. all 50 m from the holiday flat. The rural beach, the boardwalk, and the wonderful Malpais de La Rasca reserves (great for hiking and trecking) are less than a 10-minute walk away. Here, you can discover the volcanic landscape with varied colour along the coastline. Admire the diversity of wild flora and fauna both here and in Tenerife as a whole. Golf courses, nautical sports, horseback riding, tours, a harbour, and more besides are 5-15 minutes' drive away. From July 2014, there is a great white sand beach with food outlets.

From Tenerife North Airport, take the TF 1 towards Los Cristianos. If you come from Tenerife South Airport after 40 minutes away, you will pass the southern airport. From both, continue straight and take the Las Galletas-Guaza exit. If you want to take an earlier exit, you can take Las Galletas-Las Chafiras, which is not the former.

At the exit, on the bend, pass behind the motorway bridge and keep going until the large roundabout. Take the second exit towards Las Galletas. At the next roundabout, turn off at the first exit and then at the third roundabout take the first exit to Palm Mar. On entering Palm Mar, continue straight until the roundabout and take the first exit heading down to the sea. The building entrance is on the right hand side beneath the Santander bank facing Sea Lounge restaurant.

In Palm Mar, there are two main restaurants: Sea Lounge with French and Belgian fare and Café Mencey with Spanish dishes. From June, there is also Bahia Beach restaurant on the beachfront.
