The Apollo is one of the nicest buildings on Marco Island. It is a well-kept building with a friendly atmosphere. Security is given high priority and there is a rolling program of maintenance and a manager's office on site which keeps standards up. With no road between the building and the beach, the only thing keeping you from sinking your toes in the white sand is a visit to the privately owned restaurant and bar located in the complex.
Your stay at the Apollo includes air conditioning and access to elevators, laundry facilities, a swimming pool and hot tub, tennis courts, and covered parking. The beach is fairly firm for walking, consisting of tiny fragments of shell. Shell collecting and beach walking are popular pastimes among guests at the Apollo.
A local rental company will take care of you throughout your stay.
Marco Beach is a place to fall in love with. From your balcony, you look out on to a fabulous three and a half mile beach with access via a short boardwalk over protected seagrass. If you choose to stay within the comforts of your unit, you can sit on the included chairs and table and still see the beach with pelicans and seabirds flying above, dolphins hanging around in the gulf, and in season turtles that come ashore in the moonlight to lay their eggs. A spectacular sunset over the water can be seen every night from your west facing balcony.

My wife and I first found and fell in love with Marco Island while driving around Florida in 1993. Back then all we could do was dream we might get back there someday. In April of 2014 we stayed in the Apollo for our 25th anniversary trip. Well, we still loved it and in December we returned and bought a little piece of paradise... unit 1003 in The Apollo. I am a retired fire fighter and my wife is a teacher in New Jersey. We have 2 children, 19 yo Jake and 17 yo Rachel. In a few short years the kids will be off to college and we will be retired in Marco Island, until then we are fortunate enough to be able to share Marco Island with our family and friends and our friends we don't know yet. 'You can't make old friends.'

Location, location, location. The Apollo offers everything the vacationing couple or small family could want. Everything in the complex is conveniently located. Short walk to the beach, pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis, laundry and on-site bar/restaurant. Pride in ownership resounds throughout the building.
Located in the desirable South Marco area, access to restaurants and other conveniences is easy.
The Sunset Grille is on the first floor for snacks, dinner or drinks. Apollo is one of the few beach front buildings with weekly rentals available on Marco Island.
Perfect, cozy spot for a getaway for us. Walk to beach, restaurant. The unit 1003 was very nice. We had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. We only had to purchase personal care items, laundry detergent, TP etc which we expected per the listing. Owners pay attention to detail. Will book again.

Well equipped, nice location. Walk out to beach. Restaurant downstairs has really good food and drinks. Really enjoyed our stay. Sunsets incredible. Within walking distance to shops and other good restaurants.
Really did enjoy the property and it has everything in it we needed. Love the view. Would rent it again but it would be nice if a few things were updated. Kitchen Specifically. I understand. It all costs money. Loved the beach cart and umbrellas, chairs. Was awesome. Thank you!
Location! Location! Sun, Sand, Gulf Views! The condo was very comfortable, well maintained and equipped. The Barths were so easy to deal with. We loved the balcony for relaxing, eating, sunning, and viewing the beach, water, and beautiful sunsets. The pool and beach access were just an elevator ride away, and there are plenty of stores and great restaurants nearby (Including the Sunset Grille right in the building on the beach). We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Barths, for sharing your piece of paradise with us.
